Thank you to whoever handed my bag in / kept it safe after I left it on a trolley! Staff were great!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the staff. My 4yr old was really sick in store earlier making a massive mess. The staff were really kind and helpful to us and even gave her a full change of clothes free of charge. Great customer service �

I am not local to Horley but the Coffee shop was recommended to me by a friend as I was picking someone up at Gatwick and had a bit of spare time. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff were friendly.

Great choice friendly staff the brewdog choice was amazing so much better than in Ilkeston my local store

I’ve been shopping on and off at tescos since it opened, but seriously thinking of moving to ALDI or LIDL as the prices have almost doubled on most of the products I buy, but my wages haven’t, also lots of “value” products have been discontinued for a more expensive brand, which I can’t afford, so time to say goodbye ���

I like this store. Lots of variety and things to look at. Although I couldn't find what I wanted or what I found wasn't quite what I wanted. (E.g.: had frozen cherries, but they were pitted).

I know this is a great store in the day but the night workers need to understand that the store is 24 hours and remains open. The isles are cluttered with rubbish, blocked at each end with stupidly placed trolleys and the music in the veg section is so loud its hard to concentrate. They treat customers as an inconvenience and are not at all helpful.

I was amazed today when going to the service desk to tell them that my 3 for 2 offers hadn't been deducted from my bill that the offer of getting double your money back when there is a mistake made only applies if you go through a checkout manned by a member of staff. Apparently even if you have scanned the items correctly as I did you will not benefit from this concession. So in future it obviously pays not to self scan but to go to a checkout.

I don't expect shoppers to be in their nightwear at 21.45 on a Monday night - can't you ask them to either come appropriately dressed or not bother at all?

Tesco you are a load of shit for delivery. My fresh meat that I wanted Fresh instead iv had to freeze because it goes out of date in 2 days my bread goes out of date today and the delivery driver just stood at the door and handed me the heavy crates was a pile of wank. Didn't pay any attention to the door he was ment to go to and told me I didn't have to sign as there computers are down. Won't be using them again!

So I bought 2 shoulders of lamb at 11 am today just took them back cooked as they were both off. But all you get is a refund and I'm glad there yours and not my dinner??? Really???? And no offer of any good will gesture I'm certainly never shopping there again

Just travelled 2.5 hours and thought good food in Tesco cafe OH DEAR how wrong was I chipped crockery cold rock hard food and paper stuck to my bacon (photos available) if the management would like to see them such a shame no wonder the place was empty

Just been verbally abused at the self checkout because I didn't place my fruit on the scales before I weighed it. Please train your staff the values of manners it's cost nothing. If I spoke like that to my patients at work I would be given a written warning. Also agree with moving things, doesn't make me spend more just makes me angry. Only go here because it's on my doorstep.

DISAPPOINTED ... Lovely Girls and Hard Working in the Cafe BUT VERY UNDER STAFFED which has a Very big affect on food .
