Tesco in Chesterfield is the best l have been to so far.Awesomely built and spacious.Parking is immaculate as well.You get all you need in one building for real and it is ever so pleasant to be there.Sooo morden and yet so Tesco.So lovely!!!

My husband and Mum in law was in Tesco Thursday...... when my daughter who is 2 started to be sick every where! My husband could not speak more highly of how the store manager Chris helped! He made sure my little girl was ok with water, a tub to be sick in and a change of leggings. My husband said he felt really looked after!

I would just like to say a huge thank you to the young delivery driver that delivered my online shopping this morning .. There had been a mix up with my order and a few items were missing so he said not to worry that once he'd finished and got back to the store he'd collect them for me and deliver them .. which he did but didn't have to .. Unfortunately I only got his first name which was Lee .. really impressed .. thanks again

I like shopping at Tesco despite small niggles but on the whole you can do a weeks shop all in one place.

After shopping we like to visit Costa Coffee but when I try to use the Tesco free wifi it will never work! Get it sorted. �

Please sort your air conditioning- it’s way way too warm in store.

This afternoon I went to the Tesco Chesterfield extra store to pick up a few festive bits and my usual 'Dine in for £10' or as I like to call it a "Toucan" any way I tend to pick up a starter be it cheese, mushrooms stuffed peppers... you get this gist! Today I opted for cheese, I looked at the Tesco Breaded Camembert with a blackberry dip! Well when I say I opted for it in actual fact I had the option taken away due to it being sat there in your refrigerator 1 day past it's used by date!!!!!



I proceeded to tell a member of your staff who didn't seem interested so I continued with my shopping and went back to check and sure enough the offending item was still sat there waiting to be consumed by an unsuspecting or maybe visually impaired customer!



Not good Tesco Chesterfield, not good

Had to use the disabled toilet, always a dread of mine in the Chesterfield store, as it's never very good. But today someone had put used toilet paper in the waste bin, this had smeared down the wall. And the tap wasn't working, so couldn't wash my hands. Needless to say if I'd spotted all of this on entry, I would've walked straight out. I did report it to customer service, who told me there is another disabled

loo near the bakery.....but I've never seen that one, or signs for it.

It's time you got your act together regarding the disabled toilet. It's always in a bad state of repair, and the tap hasn't worked in ages.

I wish I wasn't disabled. But I am, and we deserve BETTER!

Fed up of no chicken selection in the frozen free from range. This has been afew weeks now. I asked someone to explain why ,who was working on the shop floor and they couldn't help me. If this continues, I'll have to take my custom elsewhere.

What a joke - took an item back to Tesco to exchange for the same item, same price but different sizes. I was told by the lady in the cigarette counter to go to the self service till to exchange the item.



The man in the self service till told me he couldn't do an exchange and I needed to go to a checkout where a member of staff could help me. Off I go to the checkout only to be sent back to the customer service desk. A manager was called who asked two members of staff to help me...... the response was we don't know how to do it.



After 20 minutes of trying to exchange the item I gave up and walked out leaving the rest of my shopping.



God help anyone trying to do a simple exchange at chesterfield and good luck

Tesco I'm not usually one to complain about things publicly but your store in chesterfield Tesco has unfortunately discrased me to the point of this post.



One of your disabled Toilets in the main store is beyond disgusting and should not be allowed to be used by your staff or the public.



Here's why.....



After visiting your store on 21/08/17 and needing to use your toilet during our weekly family shop, I used your toilet between the fish counter and the bakery section.



As soon as I walked in I was greeted with the sight of thick black mould around the sink, walls and floor covering. But that's not all, the rubber seal between the floor and walls was peeling away and harbouring all kinds of black dirt.

The floor was black with dirt, the hand rails was covered in dust and dirt. The sink was disgustingly covering in black mould and grime.

The emergency hand pull handle broken and wrapped around a pole (so not so accessible and easy to pull in the event of a emergency.



These are just the things that stood out to me whilst I was briefly in there.



I feel sorry for the disabled people that have to use this facility. Especially ones with upper respiratory problems and people prone to infection easily.



Working in the health and social care profession as a additional needs support worker I'm aware that this breaches certain acts such as



• Equality act 2010

• Disability discrimination act

• Valueing people act



If these toilets are cleaned on a hourly, daily basis then perhaps your managers should be checking the effort that the cleaning staff put into their job and reporting back any problems they may see.



I choose to come to your store every single week over much cheaper stores in the area and spend well over £120 to barely feed my family. The least i expect is clean and hygienic facilities to use.



Let's hope you sort this disgusting problem out asap or it may have to be taken further!

Normally don't have a problem with this store but it all started when a cleaner nearly ran over me as he was typing on a hand held device. Then I couldn't get even half of what I needed because this was broken and that was broken, and out of stock. Now what am I supposed to eat?

Left an item at the self service checkout got home to realise this, rang customer service and they have stated there is nothing they can do and won't refund me or anything as it 'could be anyone'. Now they have CCTV to check but never offerred to do this, I have a receipt stating all my items plus the one I left there. Absoluteley disgusted they have done nothing to help me and the money I have lost out on.



Emailing the complaint address as this is not acceptable.

It was too much hard work for one of the staff to help me find what I was looking for and then they had none anyway really bad service worst Tesco I’ve ever been too that day

Came shopping and thought I'd nip into the cafe for my daughters lunch. The chips were cold and no doubt that they had been there for a long period! Stale and cold � the beans had clearly been there for a good while. And while she ate I thought I'd have myself a hot chocolate.... That wasn't hot �

Absolute piss take.

Callum gets an Xbox one s fifa edition for Christmas and it's faulty. I ring the Chesterfield extra store and I'm told that if I take it down they would swap it on the spot. When I get to the store after a 30 min drive, I get told they have none in stock....

I ask when they were expecting some back in store and she said they were expecting them in today (27th)and they will keep one back for me. I then rang the morning of 28th to be told that I won't be getting a replacement till after the new year. Absolutely disgusting, no offer of anything even after explaining everything.....

Absolute joke! The lady on electric dept called denise did nothing to help me..called me a liar+told me to not shop there!!needless to say Tesco will be getting no more of my business+to say I was staff at Tesco for 14 years I was gobsmacked how I was spoken to!!!
