Went to the click and collect desk this evening (approx 5:30) and can't thank the 2 ladies on the desk enough. I had problems with an order and they were very friendly, helpful and resolved it quickly and professionally. Excellent service.

Use the store every week to do my main grocery shopping can usually find everything I need. Staff are always helpful.

Visited yesterday as an extra and visited the cafe - good food and drink served by welcoming and friendly staff

User

User

I know this round of snow was not as bad as the last, but I just wanted to thank you for getting our online shop to us this morning!

User

Only had 2 scooter's, so went for a coffee, came back down to do shopping, waited 1hour, still no scooter's,, so it was a wasted afternoon, you need more , people like me, can not walk around your shop

User

Its friendly & always has plenty of choice of products staff are all helpful if asked for help never had any bad service .plenty of parking .cafe nice always mÄ…kÄ™ you feel wellcome .only problem is customers dont always put trolleys in trolley bays should have coin machines on the trolleys the trolley staff do the best they can retrieving them .but it can be costly if these rogue trolleys hit your car which is very annoying

User

Called for breakfast while waiting for our car to be serviced at a nearby garage. Couldn't complain about what we had for £3.99. Found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Lovely large store

Goos cothes collection and friendly staff.

Cafe and coffee good..but do not like waiting to pay and collect ticket first before waiting again for one cup of coffee.

Also not notice informing that one has to do this.

A mixed up primitive arrangement.

User

It was absolutely packed FULL of people which is never good for an introvert like me with severe social anxiety, especially when people deliberately cut me up with their trolleys, I only managed to avoid one trolley rage case and I avoided an aisle entirely as there were kids fighting in it, proper ninja kicks, the works! The till service however was exemplary, fast, efficient and professional, so that took the edge off of my feeling like I was in a nightmare

Went in your store tonight at 20.05 to buy sparklers for me sons to use tomorrow night , the girl behind the desk said I couldn’t buy them if I was going to look round the shop and said for me to come back when I had finished, I was gone looking at the dvds for under 10 minuets then went back to the desk to collect the sparklers to the girl not been there, I went over to the customer service desk to which a member of staff with a face like a smacked behind served me when I told her that the girl had said to come back after I looked round the shop for the sparklers the lady replied well we don’t sell fireworks after 8 o’clock, and I said to her well that’s funny it was after eight when we came in and she said that we could not carry the sparklers around the shop with me, at no point did the girl tell me that she couldn’t sell them after 8 cause if I had known that I wouldn’t have gone and looked at the dvds so the very thing I went in your shop for I didn’t get so I came away empty handed all because of your staffs lack of customer service, I will not be returning to your shop and as far as friendly and welcoming atmosphere I think you should be concentrating on getting your staff to be delivering the correct information and as for the woman on the customer service desk if she doesn’t like her there no need to have a face on her before she’s even spoken to the customer.

Went in to the store today asked a member of staff if there were any white buns as shelves empty to be abruptly told they were invisible on empty shelves not amused. They might have thought this was funny not great customer service. Will go elsewhere from now on

Waking round Tesco today as it's close to Christmas it was extremely busy which was expected but did not expect for a Tesco worker to almost hit me with a cage full of stock and then because she couldn't get down an aisle she shouted for fuck sake. Now that's not what you want to hear working round a supermarket where little kids are

Very Shocked in your store this week

Using self Scan

When it flashed up that the item was on offer and to scan all items

So took another scanned it the same so

I noticed shelf said 3 for 2 on selected household items

So scanned a third but no discount was applied, so naturally thought the til would discount it, but no it didn't

So I asked a member of staff who explained that the hand scanners were 24 hours behind and the offer will have ended the day before !!!!!

So that means the tills are behind as well then as never discounted it

I took the staff member to the shelf and showed her, she said yep offer ended yesterday so the product has now been reduced in price to clear , so I gave her one of the items back

And paid for the two.

When I have had time to think about this I wondered how many times I have been ripped off by Tesco on their offers , I have no confidence in your store now which is a shame as I have always used Tesco.

Also this seems illegal to me

How can you have it advertised on the shelves and come up on scanner but not to apply a discount

I only noticed this time as I was buying a product for a friend so was careful in buying , normally I spend more time shopping just go through tills and trust it's all ok

But never again, it's not the money it's the principle

I look forward to your reply

Just saw a confused elderly couple leave the shop via a fire door. They were clearly confused. The security staff were started to shout at the elderly lady and we're generally quite rude at what was clearly a mistake. Well done Tesco.

Just been in your store which I regularly do. Had my niece with me (29 years old). Had one bottle prosecco and 4 cans in MY basket and went to pay for them. The man in the self serve area would not allow me to purchase the alcohol as he said my niece looked under 25 and she had no ID. These were MY items not hers, the basket area was also full of people. I asked him why he wouldn't serve me and he repeatedly said I'm within my rights to ask her for ID. At no point did he ask me for ID. So Tesco, does that mean that every time someone comes in to purchase alcohol if they have young children or a young adult you refuse to serve them because the child doesn't look over 25 as they aren't? And if not, why was I treated this way? Just for further info, there were others in buying alcohol with kids in tow so I'd like to know why I was treated in this way? Needless to say I won't be coming in your store again I'd rather go to Asda, and I did go there after that. I love being shown up in front of everyone else, you've just lost 2 customers.

I am absolutely outraged at the treatment I have just received at this store. I have been in with a friend to buy 2 packs of Kopperberg as a gift for someone's birthday. Upon trying to purchase these items along with other groceries I was challenged by a very rude member of staff for ID which was promptly provided by myself as it was me who was purchasing them. I was abruptly told by the member of staff that unless my friend could produce id too then she was cancelling the transaction. My friend didn't have her id as there really isn't a need to provide ID to pass the challenge 25 to buy a banana yazoo and some cereal. I challenged the member of staff regarding this problem and asked what if I was purchasing it with a child with me? Would they be expected to provide ID? Which she chose not to answer. We then left the store before my friend re entered to speak to customer services regarding the issue who advised that I could of purchased it with a child but not my friend who is 33. I then re-entered the store on my own to repurchase the items to be made to feel uncomfortable by another member of staff who was clearly talking about me via her headset. After collecting the items I was then heading towards a manned till to be stopped in my tracks by the lady who told me that she wouldn't be allowing the sale as I'd already been challenged, which I passed. She then accused me of being seen getting money passed over from my friend which is an absolute lie. Which I told her if she checks the cameras she will clearly find the money came out of my pocket because it was me who was buying the items as a gift. Absolutely no money was handed over and I'm appalled to be accused of this. I stated that it's an absolute joke that I could enter the store with a baby or small child and purchase a bottle of vodka which would be acceptable but not with an adult who is older than me. If people weren't so quick to make accusations and actually looked into the situation they would of found that not only was there no money passed over but the transactions were on my Clubcard. Which again proves my date of birth along with my driving license that I produced. If it wasn't for the fact I live so far away, I would of revisited the store again with my friend with 2 lots of id and asked that the cameras were looked at with regards to the accusations made. Not only am I angry that I didn't get my product but deeply hurt by the accusations and being treat worse than what a shop lifter would have been. Over the last few weeks hundreds of pounds have been spent in this store on toys etc which I'm now in 2 minds whether to return them or not. I'm appalled that an organisation of this size allows staff members to speak to customers in this way and make accusations without being able to provide evidence (which there won't be any is it didn't happen). The first member of staff said it wouldn't have been a problem if we weren't shopping together but my friend could have still been sat in the car. I also offered to show the member of staff proof that the Kopperberg was for a present but yet again she chose to ignore me. Could you please provide video evidence of me (which I will send a copy of my ID) handing any money over or getting money handed to me?

Bought a sandwich for my lunch today, after eating it I noticed it was 2 days out of date! All I was offered was a weak apology from the duty manager.....this is less than acceptable!
