Just a shout out to the quick acting Tesco staff in Rotherham who helped me when my cheeky just turned 5 year old went missing. She was hiding in the clothes as a joke, but our family were unable to find her. There was a really quick action to find her and i want to give a special thank you to the friendly and patient folks there. Needless to say, despite the free fruit for kids, she's staying home next time!

I don't usually shop at Tesco but popped in for a few bits this afternoon whilst out and about. I want to say a massive thank you for making what could have been a horrible experience (food shopping with children this close to Xmas) into a very pleasant stress free trip. From the lovely lady handing out sweets to the children, and the fantastic free Xmas box (complete with mince pie, carrot, reindeer dust and sweets, a brill idea), to Charlotte on the click and collect till who kept some of our shopping safe whilst we nipped round for more and then served us (so we didn't have to queue). Thank you Tesco, I'll most definatley be back again. 🎅🏻🎅🏻🎅🏻 HAPPY XMAS.

Actually suprised when i came in here. The amount of pure generosity and how helpful the staff here are is unbelievable. There was quite a few elderly people struggling with shopping and/or carrying drinks to the tables the staff went put of the way to help them out. Nice to see there are still some people out there who put others first

Went into rotherham yesterday and went in to tesco what an amazing building we decided to have lunch in there cafe it was very enjoyable and I couldn't believe how cheap it was.The staff were brilliant. We did some shopping and with not living in Rotherham we didn't know we're anything was but the staff directed us they were very polite.we will be going into the tesco store again when we visit Rotherham.

Only problem I find with shopping at Tesco in Rotherham is items not tagged with right prices for items. Find out when you get too self serve there normally more in price. Plus if not got a price on item won't buy it unless it has one. If would generate more revenue for the store

Christmas eve eve and got bit of shopping done straight to self service scan as you shop tills, no queue.

Wish I could give this store more stars but i have had a few poor experiences there. A recurring one is the fact the if I stand still I can feel the thuds of other shoppers on a floor like you would a weak iron bridge. Their free from selection is great compared to most stores although the staff are not always good. The other day I went to change my daughter and found there was only ONE changing room facility in the whole store and that was in a disabled toilets. I waited 5 minutes outside this toilet with my soiled daughter getting more and more uncomfortable only to give up and change her on the floor of the second available disabled toilets leaving my friend outside with our shopping. When I come out the door finally opens and it is not a mother and child who comes out or a disabled person. It is a staff member who it working on a nearby isle (i see him later) it is rude to occupy the only baby changing room for over 5 minutes when just down the corridor are male toilets.

Pretty stupid that there healthy eating banners all over then they take off the 3 for 2 offers on the vegetables - bright move loads left going out of date and people buying unhealthy cheap options!! Upside the staff on the checkouts are lovely

It is now routine that when I shop at this store what I want will not be on the shelf. More and more items I used to buy have disappeared now not exotic items just things like a butter we liked and now on this Friday went to get the usual french boule we buy every week and non there, asked at the fresh bread counter and was told " it hasn't come" and I thought it was baked on premises becuse sometimes it is still warm when I pick it up. More and more shelves of foods from around the world now, indian, polish and so on.

Seriously considering Morrisons now for our 'big' shop seeing we go there anyway for whats misssing at tesco's.

I wasnt impressed with the cafe at all. Myself an my husband nipped in for breakfast where i ordered the pancakes, what i didnt realise was that i wasnt going to be able to eat them as they were stuck to my plate an so hard i couldnt get my folk through them. When looking round for a member of staff they were no where to be seen. Will not be eating there again.

Well....I've never heard anything so stupid Tesco...my 2 daughters (aged 18 & 16) popped into Tesco for me whilst shopping in town, whilst in there my 18 year old decided to treat herself to a bottle of prosecco, she went to pay at a separate till as her sister as she was paying out of her own bank account, a member of staff asked for Id (which she gave) she was just about to put the transaction through when another member of staff walked up and pointed out that the girls came into store together. They asked my daughter if her "friend" had Id, she said it's my sister and no because she's 16, so they refused to sell the prosecco to her because her "friend" is underage?? How does that make sense? So does that mean if I went to buy alcohol with my underage daughter, I would be refused too? They walked out really embarrassed, so thankyou Tesco for embarrassing my daughters.....Oh by the way.... She bought her prosecco elsewhere! You don't deserve any custom!!

This is the 2nd time I have bought clothing from this store and when I have got home the security tags are still on

What's the point of tagging clothes seriously

When they don't set the alarms off when I leave the store

I have now got to return to store to have the tags removed

I think till staff need re-training

Come on Tesco get your acts together

User

The problem I find is with the escalator if the were on the opposite side I mean up on the right you would not find as much congestion. I was coming down yesterday and people were stood waiting to go up I had a struggle to get my trolley off as the escalator is moving I also had a small child.

User

Not impressed first of all i was told my customer service that i could print my vouchers at this still store...... i couldnt. We did scan and shop for the first time today and at the end when you get a random check was accussed of not wanting to pay for our shopping my the member of staff fuming doesnt even come close ! Disgraceful

User

Not good customer service at still waiting for complaint about woman on electrical her attitude was disgusting.this was in November. Poor management.

User

Minimum spend of a fiver to use the car park what if you're there for something less you're held to ransom to pay more
