Reasonable price, quality products, friendly staff and wide varieties are the factors which take me to weekly shopping at this Tesco.

It always has plenty of choice. Unlike my smaller Tesco in Walsall. Always looks clean

I love this Tesco especially at night after midnight it's so peaceful and you can just walk around uninterrupted and browse and serve yourself.It has clothes,home wares, electrics, beauty products and everyday shopping items if other shops are closed its ideal being open 24 hours.

I always do my main shop here. Friendly staff who remember you from one week to the next.

Fruit too short dated....cafe more expensive than Costa Coffee on basic items.

Always very helpful staff here, last week I had a lovely lady give me all the leftover carrots that would probably have been thrown away, for my ponies, at a reduced price. She was so helpful you'd have thought i was spending £££ thousands - and very polite/chatty. Love shopping here :)

Why at 10am on a Saturday morning are the freezers almost empty. My mom came down and she and some other customers both said they would have to go elsewhere to get their needs. Nothing needed urgently so she will go to one of the freezer centres in town on Monday instead. Saturday is one of the busy family shopping times shelves should be constantly being filled.

The air conditioning in the store must have been on the coldest setting possible at full power. Both myself and my disabled partner were freezing cold by the time we had finished shopping

I honestly don't know how families can afford to use tesco for the whole family shop I find it very expensive

The place itself is fine but on finishing my shopping at the truit and veg department looking to get 39p carrotts none on display was looking for assistance if they had anymore couldn't find no one after 15 minutes gave up and left

Started off well. Guy at photo print booth very helpful and sorted me out. Then had lunch in cafe which was about empty. We ordered 2 wraps and 1 chips 2 x sparkling water as there was none on display (we have only got what's on dismay the lady said) in disbelieve (it was the hottest day of the year) we didn't order a drink. Well... people came people went as we waited for our lunch. When it did eventually come the wraps were ok but the chips...i don't know how many times they had been cooked but by this time.. about 230 we were so hungry we ate them. We got drinks on the way out and were struggling with the self serve check out. Two members of staff were near is busy chatting away not offering to help but in the end we managed. I realise now why I don't shop at Tesco.

Cages and stock blocking aisles and boxes blocking Freezers!! Not a great experience at all ����

Cafe although staff kept tables clean the dust and filth on the overhead lampshades was disgusting, as they were moving in the air conditioning you could see the dust floating down onto people's food, such a shame as food looked ok and staff kept tables clean

Always visit Tesco up dudley, however yesterday when I went at 7 o'clock I was surprised to see people queuing and pushing each other out of the way, I soon realised that this was because the staff were reducing a lot of the things in store. I was shocked to see one woman who had about 20 bunches of bananas in her trolley and other people in the store fighting as the staff put the items on the shelf, I did not feel safe around these people and felt that the staff didn't appear to be safe from harm either, I really think that Tesco need to put some control in place if this is going to be the case when you reduce items! I cannot believe people were fighting over bananas!🙄

who eles wants tesco to drop there min delivery bk down to £25 like asda as done , me for one, i hate asda but have no choice

basically poor... layout not as good as ASDA Great Bridge....and many items "out of stock".... not just on one day, but for a week...this isnt the first time looking for an item at this Tesco and its been out of stock for over a week....this Tesco store leaves a lot to be desired...

When is your Burnt Tree Island branch going to put measures in place to stop the well known gang of motorbike thieves? Numerous bikes been stolen, and you haven't installed cctv on the car park? I will not be shopping in Tesco again as I don't want my vehicle being stolen.

Spoke to the community event lady today. Wanted to book a bagpack for my daughter and school friends who are going to Peru. They each have to raise over £,4000. They will help to build a school and work with camps international to make life better. Spoke to me like a dog and basically said no. If you want any community spirit steer clear of tescos!

So just walked out of Tesco. No way I could've shopped there. Couldn't get down any of the aisles due to at least 3 staff members in each collecting click and collects blocking the whole one. One aisle was completely empty of stock with workers blocking the way. You lost a customer today. Sort it out Tesco.

My brother's bike was stolen from car park today, although I understand there liability policy I also have been told by soooooooo many ppl today that either themselves or someone they know have had bikes (motor bikes) stolen from there car park that surely something needs to be done????????? At the end of the day its there customers using the car park they need to be doing more to keep there property safe!!

First An last time I ever shop at TESCO!! Especially TESCO EXTRA DUDLEY!!! I am FUMING!! never came across such bad service in my life!!! So I was online for hours last night doing my click an collect because the site kept crashing ‘oooops there’s an error please try again or please re-entry’ so after doing that I get to the checkout point and ohhh fancy that no next day delivery only one after 8pm upto 11pm! Well that’s no good I need the shopping earlier so I can make dinner!And might I add it’s bloody £5 for delivery An I need delivery as I’m ready to give birth can barely walk backs in bits so trying to make life easier for myself! I then have no option after spending forever doing the online shop but to go with click an collect! An oh fancy that no local stores nearest one is DUDLEY!! I have no sat nav my phones broke An can’t use that An I don’t know the area An it’s miles away but I’m not about to re shop elsewhere as I thought I’d try TESCO as people said it’s a better an easier service than Asda!!! Gosh they where wrong! So I stress myself out today get to the TESCO EXTRA DUDLEY with great difficulty and a 4 year old in my ear that she needs a wee walk in store ask where click an collect is... oh it’s on the car park.. back out i go An drive to the collection hut up an down escalators An to An from the car park feeling like this baby’s gonna drop out... arrive at collection hut An guess what?!!! THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY SHOPPING!!! why? Because apparently now first time customers need photo ID! I have never ever had to use ID in any other store for click an collect!!! I said I don’t have it with me I have my bank card?! No can’t use that! So off I go pull up on the car park call the store ask to speak to a manager.. guess what no one can find one! No phones being answered! So I park up in a space get my daughter out the car again An go into store ask customer services can I speak to a manager... guess how long it took them to find me a manager... 40 MINUTES!!! after me explaining my situation the one of two managers says hmmm just deciding if I should break policy or not?! Well hello don’t think too bloody long I’m only ready to give birth my daughter needs to loo desperately An as I mentioned I have a really important hospital appointment in half an hour all the way in walsall!!! Cutting it a little shorter he tells me oh it’s new policy for first time customers, An I had to go back to the car an show him my personal pregnancy notes to prove my address!!!! Then they agree to give me my shopping!!!! So back to the car I go again An drive over to click an collect An they then start loading the WRONG bags they ain’t mine!!! By now I’m so stressed I’m holding back my tears my 4 year old going mad she still needs the toilet but Iv not yet had chance with all this mess to take her an I’m worrying I won’t make my appointment! So then finally I get my shopping An a couple of apologises an off I go! I’m yet to even see if I have all the items but I highly doubt that! An guess what! After trying to make life easier for me An spending the amount of money I did with added baby items that I need it’s done nothing but cause me stress and anger an upset an wasted time and Iv missed my hospital appointment!!! An I can’t get another appointment until 15th December An I’m due Christmas Day!!! My appointment was to discuss my birth as I had a horrific time with my daughter an I’m a high risk pregnancy so I need a birth plan in place early! An now I will probably go into labour without one! So now I’m more stressed than ever!!!! Thanks a lot TESCO I’ll be sure to let everyone know how SHIT your service is!!!!

Dropped the car off for its weekly wash at Tesco Dudley, told it would take 30minutes even though there was no cars waiting for attention. Went back 35 minutes later and they hadn't even started mine although other cars were being done that were not there when i arrived. Never again i think

Disgusted didn't deliver my shop yesterday only to find out my money got refunded I've now got to wait at least three days for money to be refunded I've got two babies been left with no food till I get my money refunded tesco promised to deliver some essentials today as a gesture still have not received now my two babies are left without food ���

Did my weekly shop here on Monday at about midday,shelves poorly stocked,lots of staff (to the point they were in the way)removing out of date products from the shelves however! So bad I had to go to my local Asda on the way home to get some essentials such as carrots! Very disappointed and hesitant to shop here again

Only to find out the woman is going on her break and that's that.
