Want to say how lovely one of your staff member was today she was looking where to put the toy on the shelf and could not see where the others were and my little girl Ava saw were it was should to go and told her she was thankful and thanked the bairn. Ava was so pleased with herself for helping. We got to the till and she caught up to us a she had got her some sweets to say thank you for helping. I did not catch her name but really wanted to say it made my little girls day and what amazing person she is

Thanks you Tesco!! In shopping today and while at the till 2 members of staff come up and said I was on the winning till and I'd won a box of chocolates, my daughter was over the moon and is enjoying the chocolates tonight �

Jusy wanted to say thank you to everyone at tesco newton aycliffe, we want to do a sensory garden for my disabled son and they have just given us £50 towards some equipment for it. I am beyond thankful, what a lovely thing for them to do. So thank you very very much x

Firstly can I just name the 2 members of staff who have been amazing through this whole ordeal! Ryan (the security guard) and Karen Black. I am absolutely over the moon with how professional and helpful you have both been. On Thursday 20th October I left my Bank Card in the machine at one of the self service tills. Unbeknown to me until later than evening, some thieving piece of scum has picked up my card and went on a spending spree of £144.61 using the contactless bit in my card. I put a stop on my card and opened a fraud case with my bank. I then went to the Newton Aycliffe store that evening. Karen assisted me and did everything she could for me and I am very grateful. Ryan was fantastic. I gave him the times of the transactions and he found this lady (if you can call her that) on CCTV on 2 of the occasions she used my card in there. He assured me the cctv was clear as day and you can clearly see her. He also then said he will go over to the petrol station to check their CCTV the following day (today) as she also made a transaction there! I honestly am so pleased that these 2 people were so helpful to me. You deserve praise not only for doing your job brilliantly but for also being understanding and caring about the whole situation! Massive thanks to you both. The police have been informed and they will be investing to get this scum bag caught! �

Felt unwell in store today, all the ladies that helped me couldn't have been more lovely. They made sure I was okay and went above and beyond what I expected. Thank you ever so much

Fantastic service from the two young fishmongers at Tesco Newton Aycliffe today. I asked if they would prepare some mackerel for me, not realising how burdensome it would be, and they obliged, most willingly, without the slightest indication that it be time-consuming (and, no doubt, boring for them). I really appreciated what they did.

Can't fault the staff today when my little girl was sick all over her clothes. Rushed to clean up the mess and gave me a pair of trousers for her free of charge. Really grateful for all the assistance.

Been going in Tesco now for ages and yesterday me and my mother decided on going upstairs for a coffee and a bite to eat with my 9 month old baby!!! Just Wanted to say wow and Thank you for having a place to breast feed my baby!

The prices are bit high won't pay those prices it makes people to get tescoes brands even them would pay for some of them it use to be good but know no

So today went for shopping which Ian paid for on his card and I had 5 packs of baby wipes too pay for with cash so I paid the £2.80 for them and we all headed out the door only too be stopped and ask if I had paid for them mmmm yes I bloody well paid for them im no bloody shop lifter so im not happy as I had my 2 children with us aswell

Just searched online for a nomnoms lipgloss truck and found them in stock in tesco newton ayecliff, rang to double check and was told they definitely had 5 instock drove the 35 mile round trip to be told the was a problem with the office telling people these were in stock when they are not and that they had people in tears last week by telling people they had 6 in stock. Thanks Tesco

Had a visit to this store yesterday lunchtime. Went to the cafe and I ordered a toasted sandwich and a latte and my wife ordered a tuna sandwich and a caramel latte. I was shocked that this cost £12 in total. I sat in a seat that was facing the food counter and I saw that my sandwich had been toasted and put on the pass. The 'chef' rang the service bell but it was a good 5 minutes before the sandwich was served to me. By which time my lukewarm latte was almost cold. As I was sat there eating my food, I saw that this was commonplace and there was two shelves of food on the pass waiting to be served to customers. So not the fault of the people preparing the food but the people front of house taking orders, preparing drinks and serving the food. The food was terrible with the bread on my wife's sandwich being dry and starting to crisp. The service was also terrible. My wife only had one mouthful of her latte because she didn't like the taste at all. We will not be repeating this experience any time soon.

Went to the cafe with my sister before I drove back south.. The all day breakfast we ordered was missing the bacon, the food was horrendous, beans were cold chips were soggy and the woman at the till could learn to smile.. she chose her job so she should atleast be able to smile.. the other staff were lovely and helpful 👌🏽

Tesco isn't my favourite place to start with but as there is little in the town I am forced to use the place but my visit today just topped off how bad it is, I wanted to purchase 4 items of clothing two from Dorothy Perkins and two items from your own Tesco clothing range I took the items to the changing room to be told I could only try on the Tesco clothes in the Tesco changing room after laughing thinking it was a ridiculous joke the staff were deadly serious they wanted me to go in the Tesco changing room get undressed try clothes on put my own clothes back on walk a few metres to the other changing room get undressed again try the other clothes on and put my own clothes back on I have never heard anything so stupid I totally understand you have to pay for the different items at the different tills which is totally fine would not be a problem at all when I asked why couldn't just try them on I was told because we have different stock levels what does that have anything to do with trying clothes on as a result your Tesco clothing range lost a £40 sale! No wonder Tesco is going downhill with whoever had the brainwave to run it like that if you are going to partner up with other brands to better the place at least don't make it a hassle for the paying customer.

My partner has just got my 9 week old daughter dressed in a outfit bought from your store and found this pin in her neck when going to put her bib on I seriously think your staff need training properly in removing these pins as it could of been more serious
