Tesco Extra

Tesco Cradley, is a friendly supermarket. I have experienced lovely chatty check out staff, clothes staff with super manners and amazing phone shop people. One of the best experiences was when I went to the Direct desk and the lady helped put my purchases in my trolley and let me pay for my other bits and pieces ( I was recovering from an op).she also offered to help me to my car. The best though is the Costa! Couldn't shop without it and the staff are amazing. Great supermarket - well done all!

I have visited tesco twice this week and although they didn't have stock of what I wanted both times we were lucky enough to speak to a lovely lady called Rachel (people manager) we think, nothing was too much trouble and she checked stock there and then and got us the products we needed. Excellent customer service!!

I came to the store just before 6am today to avoid the crowds and what a delight it was. Every isle I walked down I could hear a member of staff singing along with heart fm. All staff happy and smiling and wishing me a good morning as I passed them. I said to one worker what a delight it was to hear the singing and everyone being happy to which he laughed and said we're all excited about santa. A lovely way to start my day and thanks to all for making my visit so pleasant.

Hi Tesco went shopping last night and a trolley man think he's name was graham assisted me by grabbing a trolley for me to put my 11 month old son in as it was cold and he was heavy to carry even ripening it for him to sit in and gave my lol boy a smile and wave thank you for spotting us saying hello and grabbing a trolley lil things that count thank you

Would be 5 star if you could get out the car park easier, queue to petrol station blocks it all up! Staff in coffee shop are fabulous alway helpful and friendly

Well it was only a top up shop and we got everything, and the waiting time for converting display boxes to bottles was less then 5 minutes unlike the same procedure at Stourbridge tesco was 15 minutes come on Stourbridge take a leaf out of Cradleys procedure

Need to sort out a new exit. Bloody nightmare yesterday getting off the car park. Oh and some of the staff on the tills need to be a bit quicker and stop chatting. The time I got served most my food was out of date,

Thanks Tesco Cradley Heath for notifying its customers you cancelled the home deliveries yesterday!!! Was great waiting up til after 11pm to ring your customer services and be told you cancelled them earlier that morning

Tesco’s is ideal for us as it’s just down the road, BUT Saturday was a nightmare getting on and off the car park and SOME of the staff on tills need to speed up or something like that cuz the one I had was very slow.

Not impressed with school shoes bought on 24th April. Stitching has come undone at the front so there is a big hole in them after only 4 weeks. Just to make the point, his clarks shoes were still in impeccable condition after purchasing in July last year, but he outgrew them. Very poor quality Tesco. I will be taking them into store to try and get a refund despite not having a receipt as it was 4 weeks ago.

Just done weekly shop.No problem with stock.All fine.But the store is a mess.Downstairs trolley bay is filthy.Not been cleaned for weeks.Inside store not brilliant either.Plastic cladding dirty and broken.I know this is a busy store.But surely it can be maintained better than this.

Just been in Tesco use it all the time but won't be much longer they've moved everything and not for the good cudnt find scotch eggs etc their healthy option meals don't exist anymore very little choice of Ice cream now used to have a wide range and the ones they do have were covered in ice very dissapointed

Everything moved around!! So annoying. Staff going at 95mph whilst looking at their mobiles devices, so not seeing customers. Back to Asda me thinks! �

totally and utterly disgusted at the inhumane actions of Tescos in Cradley Heath and their security staff

A young homeless man was told he could not sit under their canopy to keep this horrendous snow off him. Instead his only option was to sit by the car park with no shelter.

He had a sleeping bag which was doing nothing as it was getting wet.. He wasn't asking for anything and didn't want to go inside. Just to be under cover.

Can you imagine living outside this time of year.

TESCO you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Your motto of Every Little Helps obviously doesn't apply to human kindness

So embarrassing leaving tesco today to go to the downstairs car park the alarm went off so we backed up waiting for security or a member of staff to help all customers staring at us nothing so went all the way back to security he could barely get his back side out from his booth said yeah it's ok the alarm would have deactivated the security tag now it's set it off you can go it's ok so trundle off again only for the alarms to go off again did security go over did a staff member come over no just more people staring at us like we were shoplifting what a joke every little helps? Really because I didn't see any help

So annoyed, at 4pm was told to evacuate the store I had been in the shop about 45 minutes by about 4.05 we were all gathered outside I didn't want to wait in the cold and couldn't go to my car to the bottom car park, came back after 20 minutes and my trolley had been unloaded was told they had to unpack all the frozen or fridge stuff after 20 minutes! I came back at 4.25! This was 20 minutes the only cold stuff I had was bacon yet it had all been u packed! I then did t have enough time before work to go round the shops again and left! Very very annoyed one member of staff said well it wernt me who unpacked it and the other guy just wasn't getting what I was saying when I explained I had only been 20 minutes! Not one member of staff out of 4 who surrounded me apologised! This is terrible customer service I had my own bags to go back to so thought it was obvious I would be goi g back plus a scan and shop not just a random trolley left!

Rather narked and disappointed. Shopped on Saturday evening around 6.30 and there was so much out of stock. Was rather chuffed to get some lamb mince to cook my son's favourite keema curry on Monday for dinner.

Come Monday evening i discovered that in thr excitement of finding something that was actually in stock I never checked the date and it was actually out of date on Saturday, the day I bought it.

This teamed with the chicken I bought the previous month that was actually in date by 4 days but was off when I opened it (the smell was revolting) has put me off ever buying anything fresh from Tesco again.

Only 3 tills on a on Sunday people backing up the isles to get served this is a joke

Having to wait 10 mintes at the junction to leave before forcing your way into oncoming traffic just to get on the main road, whoever approved the design of your car park shouldn't have a job.
