Thank you to the staff at Tesco who helped my mum yesterday getting the shopping in her car & offering her to come back into the store until she felt better. She was struggling to breathe due to a illness and the care and compassion shown to her were very much appreciated.

She has also been assisted by the gentleman who collect the trollies in helping her get her mobility scooter out.

Once again many thanks

On day of my Xmas food home delivery. I had a phone call from Sue (my 'picker') mid aisle, as she was concerned about 3 of my Free From items being out of stock with no substitutes. She asked if there was anything else I'd like and offered to call me again later in the week when they have a delivery of my missing items so I don't miss out twice. Above and beyond service from this wonderfully helpful member of staff - thank you Sue.

Nothing to do with shopping but I’m giving your first aiders (one was called Matt and I can’t remember the girls name) a 5* review, I fell over and hit my knee on one of the magazines isle at about 1pm ish today and they were both fantastic towards me, they helped me up and got me some ice and a chair to sit on, as-well as other things to help me, stayed with me until I felt ok to carrying with my shopping, I just want to say a big thank you to them both, I hope you both see this

Hi a big shout out to your driver delivering to the Ermine East yesterday. We were heading off the estate when we came across an older man who had fallen. Your driver pulled up to help us deal with the man - I didn't get his name to thank him but he was on Cabourne Avenue at about 3.30pm.

I have shopped in this store before and after the revamp. Had no reason to complain until now. I understand that security staff have a job to do but surely stopping me (and child) outside the trolley park with people surrounding us is not the most discrete way to stop a customer and ask for a receipt without a reasonable explanation. Not only was it embarrassing but totally unnecessary! I'm sure there are more subtle ways to approach customers to verify sales!

I have had to do an online shop due to having an operation and being house bound. I'm so very disappointed in the products given. I received the order on 27th and the dates on the fruit is 28th so I open the strawberries this morning and half of them are moldy and slimy. The grapes are just about edible but will not last long the same with the bananas.

Normally this tesco is great!

But today I purchased a captain America outfit for £16.00 because my 5 yr old son’s attending a Christmas party and it’s dress up!

Only to go home and find that when I opened the shield that was included in the outfit (it was the only part my son was interested in)

The whole of the handle has broke off! Leaving me with a flimsy bit of plastic to call a shield!!

Safe to say my son was not happy!!

went to decks yesterday, i asked for the £3 95 breakfast it was discusting bacon cremated sausage burnt on outside and raw on the inside, i asked for a glass of water was given a cardboard beaker with lukewarm water in it don't think the lad ran the tap tor even 5 seconds had to send both my breakfast and the water back breakfast cold water warm, never again, if tesco don't do something they won't be getting costumers in there, when they did the caverys it used to be packed, hardly anyone in there

Your staff need training in how to deal with disabled people your security guard ever shouts at my husband like that again hes gonna get his head to play with youve just lost my custom and £500 pound a month a spent with you utterly disgisting. I suggest you get your staff some training on how to deal with people with invisable disabilities !

What is going on with Tesco, Wragby Road, half the shelves are empty, with signs all over saying temporarily out of stock, even basics like butter are out of stock. It's impossible to do a full weeks shopping as their shelves are empty, and we went on a Wednesday afternoon. It's dreadful, seriously going to shop some where else.

Went to customer care at the beginning of may to pick a bounty pack up because there advertising free wet wipes and nappy when you get it from tesco, was told that they didn't have any, so I waited and popped in today to be told yet again they don't have any in fact they haven't had any in for over 2 months! The gentleman couldn't tell me anything I asked if I can go to a different store yet again nothing and that there not getting any in because management won't!!! Definatly false advertisement!! And wasted my time!! Thanks

We bought a large amount of fish on Monday 16th October. I asked if the fish could be frozen and was told by the young assistant it could. This I did on returning home. Today I took some of the haddock I bought from the freezer, allowed it to defrost and cooked it for tea. I thought it smelled a little odd, so when it was cooked I tasted it first. It was definitely off, and therefore inedible. Unfortunately, my husband did not keep the receipt and so we can’t prove we bought it from there. Please be careful buying fish from Tesco.

Totally fed up with this store. I have twin boys who are 6 months old. The state of the baby trollies in this store are disgusting they are full of dirty rubbish and need to be cleaned with wipes before using them. They are also placed too far away from the parent parking bays so I have to leave my boys in the car and go and fetch one and move at least 8 single baby trollies to get at one. I have complained to the store on many occasions and also head office. I stopped there on Sunday and nothing had changed. I mentioned it to a trolley boy and he just shrugged and walked off.

This is a review for Decks cafe. Arrived and one of the workers is sitting down with her one leg up on the back of a chair, legs akimbo on her phone. We had the cooked breakfast for £3.95 each. It was disgusting. Fried bread that shatters at the touch, rubbery fried eggs, scrambled eggs that were fifty shades of yellow! Everything looked like it had been sat there under a heat lamp since last night. Would definitely NOT recommend!

Review of the Spanners who use the Fuel station but can't follow simple instructions.. not the staff or store.

Tesco 'Pay at Pump' "No Kiosk payments" means pay for fuel and F*** off.

Not fill up then pop in kiosk 'cos you want other stuff, or pay for fuel then pop in for a coffee or pay for fuel and then let kids go in to buy sweets.

Fuel Up, F*** Off.

Simple.

I've been shopping in tesco for 14 years now and it's becoming a joke went to buy some fags like I do every night and because my daughter who is 17 was with me and had no id they wouldn't serve me....btw I have done this most nights and she's been with me and I got served.

User

I would like to say a big thank you to the opticians staff of wragby road Tesco for selling the Trolls poster on facebook, when it was agreed for it to be saved for me for my granddaughter back in February. What I'm most disappointed about is the staff went back on there word!

User

I purchased a 30 pack of mixed flavoured crisps from you and iv gone to eat a packet to find this object in their? The only way i can describe it is like straw/string. I’m just grateful it was me who found it and not a child (huge choking hazard!) is there anything you can do?

After having spent 6 hours in the local A&E department, my partner and I were ready for some refreshments, so we went to the nearby Tesco cafe. Unfortunately the service was less than satisfactory. The server, Lydia, had what I can only describe as a ‘teenager’ type attitude and was complaining to her colleague about us (because we asked for our cold coffees to be replaced) and the manager Deanna, was very argumentative and opinionated. We will not revisit this cafe, but thankfully the store customer services staff and managers were much more professional.
