Thank you to the lovely lad in the cafe the other day. He was amazing with my little girl. He was talking to her and involving her and let her scan her chrisps (made her day, she loves playing shops lol). Brilliant service. Xx

Great breakfast great service brilliant price and includes fried bread

A very well cooked, good sized English breakfast with the added bonus of fried bread. The Staff are friendly, polite, helpful and professional. I am one well satisfied customer.

A clean well stocked Supermarket. Staff are always polite and helpful . ���Maria. ���.

Went in parked . Went round got shopping. Went onto self serve . Served straight away at the kiosk.

The chicken and bacon cheesy toasties was very nice not had one before x

Thank you to the assistant who got me a shopping trolley out today & dried off the seat for my little boy when I realised my new £1 coin wouldn't fit to get the trolley out! So helpful & always friendly staff. My lil boy always love having a free banana whilst we shop too which is a great idea!

Very nice set out as long as you can only eat normal food .tesco display g/f foods alover the place in a very un random system .I accidentally found macain frozen oven chips G/ F amongst normal chips.other supermarkets and the same apart from Eastwood morrisons. After their store revamp it's very good .take note other supermarkets.

Only came to fill up with fuel and there was a man asking drivers to fill his car up using their credit cards and he would give them cash. He approached several drivers as we filled up. I think my two dogs barking at him put him off asking us. He was parked in main car park. I tried to ring store to tell them but couldn't get thru so put it on Facebook. Not good Tesco where's security????

If you actually put any more stuff in upstairs it would be a fire risk getting out , and all the boxes of booze near the door how stupid

The cafe was filthy. Tables were piled high with dirty pots that nobody saw fit to clear away. The toilets stank of pee, and in the shop itself, I had to search high and low for a basket. I suggest trying Morrisons down the road.

The cafe in this place is awful waited an hour for breakfast and when it arrive the egg was undercooked as was the bacon! Absolutely disgusting! Avoid all together!!

TESCO RIP OFF



Just been to Tesco to do a bit of shopping, Tina picked up a bag of Bananas priced at 0.80p,



I then went and weighed them and they were only valued at 0.48p !!!! I called for an assistant who didnt know what to say so she got the store Manager who insisted that you could not compare bagged and loose bananas as they are different products???

Same bananas so you are paying 0.22p for a lttle bag !!! I asked him which bananas he would buy and he said the loose ones but he refused to see that the bagged ones price was morally wrong !!! even when I stated that some poor old lady on here state pension could get cought with this scam !!! he said she has a choice to choose either !!! but she is putting her trust in Tesco's so called values not to rip her off !!! Next time you are in Tesco try it !!! weigh a bag of bananas and you will find the price on the scales can range from 0.45p upwards !!! If I had my phone with me I would have videoed it and put it on youtube !!!

Poor customer service

Called in today to cash in some scratch cards only to be made fun off by the male members of staff because I had a lotext of scratch cards to cash in and then he short changend me and would not re check them at my request.

I hope what ehe does with the money makes him ill

I then enquired about the price of a microwave as it was on sale in two different areas of the shop with two prices,, only to be asked if I want it or what when I still had other shopping to do.

This just reminds me why I only shop there as a last resort.

Tesco you customers service is crap and your staff are crooks next time this happens if I ever have to shop there again I will call the police for mental cruelty and theft

No one has a clue like talking to a brick wall leave you waiting for 27 minutes then don't come back to you

My daughter and i went into tesco to use the restaurant only. We got served fairly quickly at the till, but then had a 15 minute wait for our drinks a coffee and a hot chocolate. Then a further wait of 12 minutes for 2 slices of toast. Totally unacceptable.

All the bacon on the shelf out of date along with the bagels. Some 2 days out of date. Poor
