Everyone is brilliant in here, all very friendly, happy, helpful, up for a chat if needed and smiling.

Some of the checkout staff are lovely but the store has gone downhill

Lost my pound coin from the trolley as it rattled across the car park,never to be seen again

Awful customer services. Turns out the 1 year electrical warranty means nothing.

One faulty item. 7 months old.

Their answer "oh well"

Tesco are idiots just received my Christmas order Christmas being the operative word and hey apparently Christmas day has changed to the 24th, as all my specially ordered CHRISTMAS food is dated use by 24th so if anyone fancies a nice Christmas bauble or tree desert I have loads to eat by tomorrow and nothing to eat on the day

Shit store! Never will i shop there again! Poor food quality, found a few items out off date, will now be shopping at asda.. .

Apparently been flying around the store for two days

NEVER be in this place when there is a real incident. Today, 17th March, the Fire Alarm went off, after minutes (not seconds) staff could be heard asking each other “ what is that noise”. After more minutes one (YES ONE) member of staff said to another “It might be the fire alarm”. At this point people were guided towards the doors.



Until this point the security staff and others were happy to let people into the building. At the time the evacuation eventually started no one pointed the vacating group to an assembly area, instead they were allowed to gather in the road outside the store. This meant that people leaving the building were held up. It was chaos.



Had this been another Manchester Arena or similar incident the incompetence of Those tasked with ensuring an orderly evacuation would have killed people. It was an absolute disgrace.



Like many others, my wife and I jumped into our car and beat a hasty retreat to another store to complete our purchases.



Definite training need identified here methinks!

My pot of joy was 8 days out of date!!!! Absolutely disgusted!!

It is 22nd Dec, just bought a chicken when I got home noticed it was dated 21st, all I was offered was to come into the store and swap it, I already queued for 35 minutes trying to get into the store in the first place, disgusting attitude by Adam the duty manager. Is it trading standards I contact as I was sold out of date food??

Had my catalytic converter stolen from my car whilst parked in Tesco Sunbury car park this afternoon. I tried to call the store but the helpful lady on the phone could not get through to anyone in the Sunbury store. I asked if she could get the Manager to call me but she was not able to do this and suggested the best thing for me to do was pop in when I am passing that way......difficult, as I can’t drive my car anymore ���
