Went to Tesco to buy cinema treats. Kids chatted to the staff. They were so helpful thanks.

Love Tesco, we shop every Saturday. Staff are super friendly and chatty. The store is well stocked and clean....

I just want to thank the person working behind the pharmacy for paying for my son's teething meds. I don't live in Wisbech and had forgotten my cards at home. He saw both mine and my son's distress and paid. Thank you so much. I will pay you back. :)

I bought these beautiful roses two weeks ago and they are still bringing great pleasure .

Ok when is there going to be a COVER over the BIKE Stand, AS when it rains and cold the BIKES are not nice to sit on,

fed up with things being out of stock. The EPOS system was brought in in the 1980's and we were told it would be able to ensure nothing went out of stock.

The staff however are wonderful (except for the snotty belligerent young chap working on the deli yesterday afternoon)

Why do you feel the need to have your air conditioning unit still blowing out cold air. It’s absolutely freezing inside the store. Hope your warm offices are nice and warm

The downward travelator and one lift not working today, only one lift and stairs to get out, now i am sure a company of your size could muster up emergency enginers to come and fix them!!!!!!!,, the travelator is always out of action, what if there was a fire or worse, if you have a trolly you have no choice but to stand in line and wait for the ONE lift that is working, and not one member of staff on hand, god help us if this is what we are expected to put up with in run up to xmas,

I shopped in your store today with a view to getting some items for my family for lunch and dinner. Due to your poor stock levels I had to re-plan the dinner THREE times and the lunch once. This is bad enough and I wouldn't have been happy but I approached customer service to ask if an item I needed was in stock in your stockroom to be kept waiting for 25 minutes....to then be told NO STOCK! I feel angry that this seemed to be at a time staff were being allowed to watch the football game (they were wandering around telling the other staff about it) and other staff who were working were wandering around the store complaining about it. Whatever the reason for this poor organisation, it negatively impacted my experience of your store today and I am very unhappy with it...get your act together Wisbech store!

Food shopping was ment to be delivered around 10-11pm nothing came, tracking says it was delivered! Customer services closed at 11pm so couldnt speak to anyone! Now son is without packup for school the next day! Nice one tesco!

Despite 35 years of loyalty with Tescos and 3 complaint letters one to the chief executive it appears my loyalty means nothing. So be careful tesco shoppers because although they are keen to take your money they are not eager to refund your money. I bought 3 glade plug in air fresheners but I am unable to buy the refills...every little helps??? They help very little

Delivery scheduled and not showed up. Van breakdown and only option is to refund sale!!!!

Costa coffee in the wisbech branch, please , please, please turn the volume of the music you play down. Way to loud and your also playing different music to whats playing in the tesco store itself. I couldn't get out of Tesco fast enough
