Tesco Extra

Well, I didn't do any shopping there yesterday. Went because my daughter had lost her soft cuddly toy earlier in the day. Customer service were helpful and explained that 'Lollop' (a stripy bunny) hadn't been handed it. Luckily, my wife had told me what she had gone to buy earlier so I was able to trace her steps. Luckily, I found Lollop by the hair dye sitting on a ledge on one of the girders. Thank you to whoever found it on the floor and placed it there. I assume it was a member of staff. My daughter was so happy to be reunited with her toy.

Ultimate customer service tonight! I was prepared for a cancellation on my Tesco delivery due to the horrendous weather. 9pm came, and Tesco were there knocking on the door right on schedule. I was amazed and so grateful, as I worried I might need to make the trip out myself. I was greeted with smiling faces. Sadly, the two members of staff had a terrible time getting back up my road, and got stuck in the snow! After my partner tried to help them dig themselves out, we reverted to towing them up the road. Their smiles never faded, they were even laughing about the problem. When my partner asked if they were heading by home, they insisted they still needed to get to two more people before the night was out. This was true commitment to the job and why I will never shop else where for my groceries. A true example of putting the customer first. I didn’t get their names, but am sure that all your staff would have been the same. I hope they finished their shift without any more issues and have returned home safe! Thank you again Tesco!

My dad lost his wedding ring in the shop on Saturday and was heartbroken until a customer handed the ring in and a member of staff contacted the family via Facebook. After nearly 65 years of marriage the ring has huge sentimental value but thanks to customer and staff honesty dad is delighted to have it back.

Great new range of Free From food in store. My son has multiple food allergies and was so pleased to see all the new products I brought home, for him to try. Please keep expanding the range.

Excellent service at the tills by a lady called Lisa she was brilliant with my son who has special needs and a heart condition she invited him to scan our shopping which he loved doing it really made his day she was kind and sweet to my son I can't thank her enough

The lady on the Meat Counter spoke to us about the Butchers Bundle. We thought it was great so we got the £20 bundle. Beef joint, Steak mince, Sausages x 8, Pork Loins x 4 and Smoked Bacon x 20 (so we thought anyway) Turns out the lady that served us on the Meat Counter is not able to count to 20 and has only given us 16 Smoked Rashers of Bacon! Do i have to count everything to make sure the person on the counter knows how to count and gives me the correct amount?!

So this morning I thought I'll pop into tesco to get a few bits, well that wasn't a quick visit.

With a baby and a toddler couldn't find 1 baby and toddler trolley or any staff to help me and it was hammering it down too. So ended up going inside to get some change as had no £1 coins for normal trolley. Mentioned it to a staff but they wasn't interested.

My son who's 3 was very uncomfortable surrounded by food and my baby was sliding all over the place in the chair.

Not a great start to my day. �

Looks like I'll be doing my shopping else where!

I don't know what you're thinking with your clothing section. I had to walk away as it was giving me a headache! Clothes and shoes everywhere. Women's mixed up with kid's clothes and you can barely get a trolley around.

Absolutely awful!

Toilets - when are you going to do something about these dreadful toilets. They look like a health hazard. Missing toilet seats, no soap, everywhere looks dirty. Even a member of staff told me I'd be best off using the ones in M&S.

Sort the shite car park out, pot holes everywhere, brick rumble strips that no matter how slow you go over them they shake your car to bits. Nobody knows where they are going either.

Really really loud music in the vegetable and fruit section yesterday you could hardly hear yourself think. All very nice if you like the choice of music. I'm not against having music on but please please turn it down and choose something more suitable for everyone to enjoy. Also there was other LOUD music in different parts of the store, enough to drive you to drink, perhaps that's all part of the plan! Shopping is supposed to be a pleasurable experience. If this continues I will consider going somewhere else.

My wife of 35 years bought your Cured and stuffed pork crackling belly joint today and cooked as per the instructions. Unfortunately the results were inedible. The meet burnt underneath and ruined the baking dish it was in. The meat was so salty as to make it absolutely disgusting. For the first time ever, I just ate the roast potatoes and the veg!. Would welcome someone from Tesco getting back to me. It was approx. £12 and would love to get our money back

I'm sat in Cafe listening to a member of your staff, if I turn round can see (T) throwing up in your sink! Clearly discusting and even being spoken to by other customers and another member of staff to leave, refused and is still serving customers! Not me, I won't touch my food and will be walking out now ���

Have been SWORN at twice this week by an Tesco employee!!!!! Cant say i'm that impressed. Does not reflect well on the Company :(

Brought lamb for Easter the meat had gone off it was still in date got refund it will take 6 weeks to investigate

Appalling service ordered a sofa well over a month ago was told delivery date would be 17/11/17 from 7-7 waited in all day took time off work to then be sent a text at 7.30pm saying your delivery will be the 23/11/17 meaning id need more time unpaid off work. This is not a good enough service. And will not be using Tesco again

Another shocking piece of customer service from Tesco, grocery delivery booked and supposed to arrive 4-5pm today, at 5.20pm I call to ask where it is only to be told due to the bank fraud the payment couldn't be taken on my Tesco credit card. No one has called to ask for another payment method. Customer service can't get through to anyone at the store to sort it out so now 45 mins later my husband has to drive to the store himself to try and find out what's happening. Shoddy service. Appalling that no one has contacted us, but I'm not surprised. Tesco, any comments????

Absolutely horrified by the worker in Tesco today making me feel uncomfortable after i had been told I could breastfeed Luan in the changing room. Shouting asking if i had finished yet and telling me it's not usually allowed. Then being unbelievably rude to my friendHayley because she had brought a trolley into the changing room with her daughter in while her other daughter tried some trousers on. Had me in tears and its not often ive fed out so really didn't help my confidence. I hope something is done so no one has to feel how i did today.
