Would just like to say a big thank you to one of your staff members Jake Pickering for given me excellent customer service skills on helping me out with when your make up section closers

Visited the store on the 8/9/2017 we arrived just before 8am for breakfast before beggining a long journey home .. the member of staff opened early took our order and allowed us to sit down ... our breakfast was bought to the table and our drinks very friendly staff ... couldn't fault it for so early in the morning

The 5 stars are for this member of staff...After the disappointment of noticing tags left on pj's brought for our little ones for their Christmas Eve boxes from Tesco we went to Tesco express at Plympton St Mary's in the hope they could remove them as annoyingly the security alarms had not gone off when we left Tesco Lee Mill so we had no idea. Tesco Express do not have anything to de-tag them so we were faced with having to let the children either think the Elves had forgotten the Pj's or let them have them and then say they couldn't wear them until boxing day! Thankfully and amazingly Tesco have a wonderful member of staff, Lewis working at the express store who told us this was not the first time people had come in to the store with the same problem so would be feeding it back to head office. He then went out of his way to make it so that we did not have disappointed children by taking the items himself up to Lee Mill, as he knew some staff would still be up there closing things down, detagged the pj's and dropped them off to our house! Such a lovely act of kindness when he really didn't have to! Thank you Lewis! Tesco

Thank all your staff for their har work trying to keep the shelves topped up during this bad weather. Much satisfied and grateful customer. I just wondered whether a slight contribution could be made to local farmers via the milk to help them during this cold weather. They cannot stop. Once again thanks.

Hi I just wanted to mention a lady who worked on the tills at Tesco lee mill. Her name is Alison. I hope this gets back to the lady In question. My young man was being a pain in the backside (the little darling �) whilst I was trying to pack mine and my mother's shopping away and she asked him to help her scan the shopping whilst I could pack and he loved it. She's a credit to Tesco. Thank you. ���

Ok ,,,,,, not sure what to think but I bought childs ibuprofen from Lee Mill Tesco this evening ! Just came to get some for my 3 yr old and what I bought was actually a box of BROKEN GLASS ! Which has been broken a while as the Medicine has dried out !

Too many parents exploit the parent and toddler bays, I saw a mum get out with her daughter, who was probably not far off taking her GCSEs. It happens all the time, so it needs policing and people told to park in the main car park who are doing it, or use Sainsbury's... �

Three stars for most aspects of this store, but no stars for those massive trolleys pushed by staff fulfilling internet orders. Some of the staff are careful, but in my experience, quite a proportion of the staff are very careless. Today at Lee Mill's Tesco Extra, an impatient male member of staff actually nudged my arm from behind with one of the damn things and said nothing - no apology - nothing. There have been several near misses in the past and I've had to veer aside to avoid being hit. One of these days, a little old lady or other vulnerable, unsuspecting customer is going to be badly hurt. Please put some staff training into practice to address this issue before a nasty accident happens, as it seems common human decency, respect and care can be relied upon no longer.

The food was lovely. Lady's very chatty and polight with us. There was a spillage on the floor. But they where extremely busy and we didn't have to wait long for our food. Good value for money yes will go again you get what you pay for thanks tesco x

So when your order you shopping to last they send you bread that is out of date on the day you collect it out of date stuff I can do just not bread or milk ���

Bought a sandwich and a drink at the Lee Mill store today. The sandwich was a Chicken Club. The drink was Tropicana fruit juice. As I also bought crisps it became part of the meal deal so effectively I paid for my crisps and my Chicken CLUB, TROPICANA DRINK was freeee!!!



This is true. I didn't do it on purpose. I did take a photo when I realised but I can't seem to add it!!!

What’s the point in opening a store at 9:30 that can’t sell anything till 10?!? Waste of money and my time, stopped in here as they had Krispy crime donuts something we always look forward to getting as a family as they don’t sell them down our way, go in at 9:30 only to be told by a very rude “customer service” lady we can’t pay for them until 10 even when we offered to just leave money there and they take it when they can we still just got a flat “no” may as well open your store when you can sell products..

Well done Tesco you have excelled again your finest sliced ham is on offer on the shelf for £2 instead of £3 ! Go through the checkout selling for £3 , I have lost count how many times I have been overcharged by you ! Not good enough Tesco!!!

Very poor today the children’s rides out side store not working no sign so just had money swallowed then get a. Number to ring to have a cheque sent ! Why can’t tesco just give the money back ? At least put a sign so people know out of order !

Shame on you for not sending out a Tannoy to the owners of a dog left in a car in your car park because it’s not store policy ! Shocking you should be ashamed of yourselves along with the owners of the poor dog. Stuff the policy when it’s an emergency !!!!

Just had a cashier to refuse to sell me the bottle of wine i’d picked up despite providing her with my driving license showing i was 26.... absolutely ridiculous. I’m closer to 30 than i am to 18!

Well, Well, Well!!!



What a poor customer service you have!!�



Along with the 22"TV I brought off you just over 2 years ago. One of your own brand TV's as well. �



6 calls later and still going around in circles. �



All I can say is I think you staff need some serious customer service training and you need to change your ways.�



The sad thing is when my large TV broke and I called Richer Sounds in Plymouth (a small company compared with Tesco) about a fault on my large TV, which I brought from them just over 18 months before. 1 phone call was all it took, they came, took it away, gave me a spare and all within a week.



NOW THATS GOOD SERVICE�



And before your say "it must have been under warrant" yea it was a warrant I did't even no I had. The store manager was completely honest. Great customer service showed once again �(by the way no receipt required)



I do hope someone from Tesco reads this and followers up as I would like to think I could re-write this review with a much happier review and better review.

Fire alarm went off and stood outside for 30 minutes which is fair enough, however I understand if the law said the shop has to close at 4pm on a Sunday but don't leave us out in the cold and say nothing then let us in and then get a moody staff member to tell us to stop shopping and leave...........WE DIDN'T KNOW THAT!!!!!!
