Terrible service from the store manager Simon
He had no concern for my issue!!! The smell of tabacco smoke from him was disgusting
I think he should of had some common sense to realise he is coming to see a customer reach for a mint or something
Customers even if you have the receipt he still doesn't care!!!!
I give him a big zero in customer service

Busy and has most things you need pleasant store

Appauling service 9 times out of 10. Hard to even get a greeting from most staff members and if you can't find something then most of the time you're probably not going to ever get it unless you hunt it down yourself.

Staff were unaware that one of the cash points had been stolen the night before. A nice employee offered to remove the cordon if I tried to get cash from the other machine and it worked. Otherwise a lovely experience.

Not shopped at Tesco's you for a while, but clean & helpfull starff, and lowerd a lot of there prices, since aldi came to Bishop stortford..

Ill probably stop using Tescos soon cos theyre offering points 4 uber rides as we all know uber is a toxic co 2 the point that they surge priced customers nr the Ldn Bridge attack so ill probably be taking my 6k a shopping somewhere else .

I have a child with complex needs and Dorota the manager goes above and beyond for her. We are happy with the service they give, the question is always busy but I feel they deal with it well

Large food store. Very big car park. Adequate selection of goods

A busy supermarket which we use all ghetto time. Has a good range of things.
It's not a big store like an extra but still has a good range.

Shop here regularly, never had a problem with queues or my product not being available.

It's a Tesco. Nice staff, could be larger, but good parking
