We had a wonderfully fun afternoon with the Steve Beckles-Ebusua who is known as 'the Speaker with the Orange Tie' yesterday. Steve is an international speaker, soft skills trainer, author, presenter and Amazon Top 10 bestseller.
He motivates and inspires staff to exceed their own expectations in the work place. and achieves this by delivering strategies and techniques on developing a team growth mindset. Steve believes that when you challenge a belief pattern and replace it... with an alternative belief pattern everything will change.
We would like to thank Steve for giving all of our staff a massive burst of energy to get everyone ready for the opportunities that 2019 will hold.

Test Valley Packaging have started fundraising to help fund Homes For Veterans. our first event was to participate in a game of Human Table Football in which staff raised £155 by just passing a bucket around. We have also set up a Just Giving Link: https://hubs.ly/H0dKVNC0 for anyone who would like to make a donation. Test Valley Packaging are celebrating our first consignment of Cargo Absorbent https://hubs.ly/H0cPrgk0 being used by Kenya Airlines. Cargo Absorbent acts as a layer of protection or moisture barrier and is capable of absorbing 5 litres of liquid per square metre, with a barrier coated HDPE Film base which prevents liquid penetrating through to the floor and an absorbent top layer. This extra measure will ensure perishable goods that leak will not make direct contact to aircraft surfaces, preventing contamination/corrosion to aircraft parts in the cargo hold.

This is all down to the hard work of Rob and Sarah who we would like to thank for making sure we are certified at the highest level of AA grading for the wholesale, storage and distribution of plastic film, paper, corrugated packaging and stationery. We have now received our certificate to the satisfaction of The Governing Board of Q.A International.

We have had a lovely morning wrapping gifts for our friends at our local residential home. We realise that at this time of the year when many people are getting together with family and loved ones that loneliness can be even more isolating for some than ever.
We have put together a parcel with some nice gifts to let them know we are thinking of them. We have also pledged to reach out to people we feel may be alone over the festivities as we feel that giving our time is really important.
