Texaco Petrol Station

Worst customer skills ever! Guy with a beard damn right rude with an awful attitude to customers. I will be telling all my family and friends not to use this petrol station purely for the fact that this person thinks women should stay at home and these are his exact words!!

Expensive. Not usually busy, used to use this as convenience.

Old pumps, no gloves or paper tissue at the pumping islands and very difficult entrance to the forecourt. There is a cashpoint and reasonably stocked shop, though.

disgusting service. I asked for a refund on two items at £1.75 each , the man who has been there for "12 years" chucked £1.75 into my hand I said that's not right , he was very aggressive and chucked another £1.10 at me in my hand. I said you have still short changed me. But he said that I had hid 20p even though my hand was out the whole time and it still wasn't the right change. I waited a few hours to call up and complain to different staff as I felt violated from this experience. The other staff laughed out loud and then said " so what do you want me to sack him ? he has got a family at home and bills ect. Like I said he should have some form of communication skills or be a people person. I will be taking this further, try and avoid people.

Good location when heading out of area and friendly enough staff. What more do you want from a petrol station?
