Texas Smoker

After almost a decade of success on both the street food and music festival scenes, we finally made Texas Smoker a permanent fixture in the heart of Newcastle City Centre. As part of the shipping container village The Stack,

We are the largest most authentic American Smoker currently working the UK festival and food market scene. Using locally sourced meat with full traceability. We smoke up to a ton of meat at one time once on site. Sauces and rubs are homemade from handed down family recipes. We use oak or red oak to gain a distinctive flavour.
Meats sold; beef brisket, pork shoulder, ribs, BBQ chicken breast, chicken wings, turkey leg, Smokehouse burger and Footlong smoked sausage.
The above are served with a selection of all American sides including; brisket chilli, cowboy beans, slaw, onion rings, corn on the cob, spicy fries and sweet potato fries.

We are currently scored 5 on Scores on the Doors and each unit has at least one staff member trained to Level 3 Health and Hygiene, All staff hold Level 2 certificates.
