Textured Silence Description
Textured Silence is a Brighton based music event hosted by DJ Mystery Selector, where downtempo styles such as dub, world-fusion, psychedelia and glitchy electronica can be heard.
The first event was at the Blind Tiger Club in January 2012. Since then it's been held at various other venues around Brighton.

Mystery Selector warming up for Psy Sundays today from 3pm
Soundtrack to Malice In Wasteland's Cyborg Life Drawing event at Pop-Up Brighton in February 2018. A futuristic set of Sci-Fi / Cyberpunk inspired dark ambient, industrial and glitch for an evening of life-drawing with a twist. Models pose in Mad Max style post-apocalyptic costumes, with light-up cybernetic neon outfits and projections.

Thanks to Addsimeon and Fat Mandy for their awesome DJ sets last night! We were trying out Pavilion NightClub as a new venue and unfortunately the sound curfew meant that we had to finish just as the party was getting started. At the end the manager showed interest in us doing it again. It's a great hidden gem of a club venue and we'd be up for doing more events there in the future if we can have it finish later than 1am. Watch this space!
