Thank you so much for the amazing flight experience yesterday - I won the raffle at the herne bay airshow for a free flight in the epic Stearman and my fella was delighted to loop the loop, barrel roll and take the controls for a bit! Thank you for being so friendly, informative and for such a great experience - Even for me watching from the ground!



Thanks to Craig the pilot and the lovely lady pilot who made us very welcome and taught us a lot of cool things while we waited to see if the weather was on our side!! Cannot recommend TG Aviation to others enough - we left on cloud nine ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

I learned to fly myself with TG and passed my private pilots license exam in 2001. They are extremely professional and passionate about aviation. So, for my son's 15th birthday I bought a voucher for a trial flight in a Cessna 152. Everyone was really friendly and the instructor explained everything we needed to know. My son really enjoyed his 30 minute trial flight and actually got to take the controls (There's one for a 15 year old to brag about in school tomorrow) and I recommend you try it, either as a gateway into aviation or just for a one off "bucket list" experience.

I had a fantastic flight in the old Stearman biplane with pilot Craig! From Pent Farm up the East Kent coast and over my home at Deal. I was able to fly the aeroplane myself for about half of the flight and was treated to some aerobatics over the airfield before we landed. It was worth every penny and was an experience I will never forget!

Had an amazing 1hr trial flight today in one of the Piper Warriors. Absolutely considering lessons to get my pilots licence. Great staff - couldn't recommend more highly!

Had a 20 min first time flying lesson. Had a great experiance the instructor talked me through everything every step of the way from controling the plane on the runway to actualy taking off and flying around thanet. If u have never done this before its a truly great adventure to see the world we live in from a few thousand feet above the ground. If you have ever wanted to try this please do. For the reasnable price it costs is nothing compared to the momeorys you will have for the rest of your life. I will be defonatly going back in few weeks to book my next hour lesson.

Flew into Manston on Sunday morning from Headcorn, thanks to all at TG Aviation, all very friendly along with those in the terminal and the great service from the controllers. I hope something comes along to save Manston.

Fantastic! That is how I would describe my Stearman flying experience with TG Aviation. I took the 30-minute trial lesson with Craig as my pilot and got to enjoy three distinct aspects of the flight. The first part I was a passenger enjoying the open cockpit sensation and beautiful scenery as we headed to the Kent coast and Battle of Britain memorial. The view is spectacular and seeing the memorial from the air really is something special. I was then given control of the aircraft and set the task of following the coast line to Dover and climbing to 2000 feet. Craig gave me clear instructions of what he wanted me to do and encouraged me to try out more turning manoeuvres which really gave me a feeling for the controls and how the aircraft responds. We then headed back to Pent Farm where we climbed to altitude to allow us to perform some aerobatics including a wingover, loop and barrel roll ŌĆō I strongly recommend that you try these out as I felt perfectly safe and enjoyed the sensation! Pent farm is a great location and flying low over the local scenery for landing is a unique feeling. It is an easy location to find with the post code taking my sat nav right past it, as you approach the destination just look for the entrance to the farm. There was a great atmosphere on the day as it is a small venue with several spectators enjoying the sunshine ŌĆō you get a great view of the aircraft taking off / landing and performing aerobatics overhead. Sue is lovely and was a great help in the booking of my flight and was always available on the phone to answer my questions. I have taken part in quite a few flying experiences and this was one of the best value for money experiences as I got so much out of the flight and on the day there was a very relaxed and friendly environment ŌĆō I highly recommend this to anyone interested in historic flying!
