We are coming up to our second birthday at Leicester Square, look at how we started... we’ve made some small changes since then but we still love our restaurant!

And Halloween begins in Leicester Square!

Jordon was a great hoast !!! but everything else epic fail 3 hours to get seated and food to the table but when finally tucked in 2 meals on sizling plates were stone cold! Manager was really understanding didn't charge us for any drinks but offerd us tickets to return we delicined tickets and wil never b returning to this chain (3 bottles of wine later we stumbled to the nearest mcdonalds)

Terrible service, took ages for drinks and food!! I had fajitas brought out my wraps and sauces and had to wait a further 10 min for my mix to go with it and that was only as I asked about it. Then the supposedly sizzling plate came with the chicken cold!! Not impressed at all. Will never return or ever recommend 😡 shocking!

Service fantastic food not so, but would go back, probably a bad day, god love them in the kitchen in this heat

Found a sharp shard of plastic in my food - was kindly offered a replacement meal but this took 20 minutes to arrive (by which time my partner had finished his meal) and was inedible. Fries had clearly been overcooked to the point of being burnt, the meal itself had a strange mustard sauce on that was not present in the original meal, and there was an overwhelming taste of coriander. Such a shame as this was my partner’s first time dining at TGI Fridays!
