Hours: 7-8.30 and 3.30 to 6.30 Monday to Friday (50% of friday afternoons off). 1 weekend day per month needed. Weekdays are getting up and getting ready for nursery (L age 3) & school (G age 5). Drop off L by 8.30. Mum drops G off and collects, au pair then takes over at 3.30, gives G homework and dinner, collects L at around 6pm and Mum takes over again at 6.30pm when au pair finishes. We are happy for you to take another job in the daytime if you wanted, or go to English class. We have had au pairs before, they are happy to give references. We would like someone to stay for at least 6 months, experience with these ages is highly beneficial and someone who has been to London before and understands how to be safe in the city.
Large house with garden close to park, shopping centre, cinemas, restaurants etc.

Mornings: 07.30-08.30 & 15.15-19.15 in the afternoons Monday-Friday, weekends off. Family very well known to tgnc are looking for another long term au pair starting in September. It is essential that you are happy to drive as the family need someone to collect the children after school by car plus they go to activities. You will have lessons to ensure you are used to driving on the left! The son goes to boarding school, so during term time it is just to two girls at home who really want someone who they can talk to about all kinds of things, so it is great for bettering your English! Someone who has been to university would be ideal! Light housekeeping to include the laundry, ironing, cleaning down kitchen after cooking and a dog walk here and there would be ideal. Must like pets! Own bedroom, shared bathroom with the children. EXCELLENT location!!

what we learnt from this article; 1. Other agencies use partner agencies to recruit their au pairs - who charge au pairs to use their service - no wonder they have no au pairs coming forward!
... 2. Don't believe everything in the press! tgnc has been recruiting their own au pairs since we opened our doors many moons ago, which means au pairs come direct to us and are coming in by the dozen every day - we never had a 'slump' if anything Brexit made things better for us!
