Our Standard Terms & Conditions are:

-TGR Landscapes accepts no liability for damage to any Services (gas, electricity, water) unless TGR Landscapes are required to re-direct or re-route such services.

-TGR Landscapes accept no liability for services that we are not made aware of (underground gas lines etc).

-All materials remain the property of TGR Landscapes until full and final payment.

-The customer will be provided a quote prior to the start of any works; if the cost of this quote increases during the works, the customer will be informed and written confirmation will be required before any works continue.

-The final bill is to be paid within 14 days of receipt unless prior arrangement with Toby Reed is agreed.

These terms and conditions can be varied job by job dependant on your requirements; please discuss this with us at the initial meeting.

A full Health and Safety Policy (April 2017) can be provided; as can Risk Assessments if required.
