Well has been cooking all her life working alongside chef's in kitchens of hotels and restaurants in Thailand for many years picking up top cuisine ideas.
Even more importantly she had the direct experience from good old Mother and other family members to watch and learn from.
I as her husband have seen how she has more than knowledge but an instinct to putting together the perfect dish.
