have eaten here a few times now,,and each time the food has been fantastic, staff are friendly and give a great service

We had a meal there last night and couldn't fault it, the service was as we expected, in fact better than we expected. The food was delicious, and passing the kitchen, I could see why they have a 5* cleanliness rating. We will definitely go there again.

This has become my second home! Lovely food, always fresh and I always receive great service and friendly smiles!

The food is amazing. Iv been here on many occasions and it's such a lovely vibe Iv never been in a rush to leave or get my food! The AMAZING food is well worth the wait and overshadows the wait and everyone we've recommended the restaurant too has been back! They also do takeaway !

My 3rd visit but husbands 1st. As we were children free we enjoyed a lovley meal. Had to wait alittle to order & in between meals but they were very busy, 2 large groups! Great tasting food very worth it.

Lovely surroundings, food was superb. We all chose something different and dipped into each others dishes. Normally we don't have dessert but couldn't resist the choices. The service was excellent and any requests were met with a smile and quick service. This was our first visit and we will definitely return. So good to have such a fine restaurant in Sittingbourne.

Love this place have been twice and the food is excellent don't go if you want a quick in and out meal as you will wait between courses but this is not a problem as the food is well worth the wait and is all lovely and fresh! Even my very fussy eater daughter loved the food staff were all friendly and helpful too

Excellent service, staff v friendly, polite & helpful, especially the manager. Food was delicious & beautifully presented & now have a new gluten free menu available too, which is lovely!

9 of us arrived for our 7.30 booking but they didn't have a reservation even though I had email confirmation! They did squeeze us in but we didn't sit down until 8.30! Food was fantastic but we got overcharged twice in our bill!

Average food. Good waitress. Guy in charge needs to get his money back from the charm school he went to. If your front of house you need to put a smile on and speak to people with respect.

My first experience at this restaurant after being told the food was great .

So I booked a birthday meal for 4 two weeks ago for 8:00pm

We arrived at 8pm last night to be told that our table had other guests already seated on it . After the 2 staff had a row in front of us about the problem

we had a drink at the bar and got a table eventually at 8:30pm

We waited an hour before our starter arrived

Then we got our main courses around an hour and a quarter later

The food was fantastic but the restaurant is massively under staffed in the restaurant and in the kitchen

The Staff at the restaurant were very very nice and apologetic but I can't help feeling sorry for them

The fusion franchise owner needs to deal with this as our table wasn't the only table with the same views

I won't be returning unless it changes which is a shame as the chef is fantastic

We visited the restaurant for the first time on Saturday 1st of October on the recommendation of our daughter that lives locally and has been several times. What a disappointment. The food was delicious but it took 30 minutes from getting the menu to ordering, then another 30 minutes for the starter to arrive, then a whole hour for the mains to arrive having been given to the wrong table and then having to wait for a re cook. Not that we were told this until I complained when asking for the bill. The restaurant was clearly understaffed and although the manager was very apologetic and offered free desserts it was a special evening ruined because of the problems. It was a great shame as the food is excellent.

Shocking treatment! Bought a gift voucher for a friend from groupon that the owner refused to take! The lady who took the booking wrongly advised my friend to simply bring the voucher with them. The owner just kept saying he wouldn't get his money, he wouldn't get his money. So my friends have now been completely embarrassed and had an argument on what was supposed to be a lovely evening out because of a mistake of an employee of the restaurant! SHOCKING! Not only will they not be returning, neither will I or any of my friends and family. So well done to you!

Had a take away Thursday night, food tasted lovely but has given us all food poisoning for the past 3 days!! Do not visit the place!!! Manager was apologetic but that's not much consultation when your in bed for 3 days and pregnant!!!

Food was nice but took hours to take our orders when we complained about this the manager insulted anyone in the group that challenged him about the poor service.
