Went in alone just before 7 tonight. Table for 1 just before it got busy, no problems. Staff very helpful and took time to suggest different starter and main meal combinations. Best starter i have ever had, left a nice tingle on the lips but not too spicey. Staff were attentive but not pushy. Main meal super as well with a different type of bread which went well with the sauce. All for less than 28 quid. More than happy to leave a good tip. Will be back for more, thank you.

Very good food let our waiter choose for us. He took time to find out our likes and dislikes. We enjoyed all the dishes that he chose. Excellent food with staff that are a credit to Tharavadu.

This really is the best food Leeds has to offer. We have a family of vegans, veggies and meat eaters and everyone has such a great choice. The food is so tasty with perfectly balanced spices and flavours. The service was excellent. I can't recommend Tharavadu enough

They are telling the truth when they say they are the best, the food was full of flavour the dishes were different to the normal Indian meals we are used to, the food was a delight

But if I had to choose then it has to be the seafood curry with lemon rice. Perfection!!

The food was amazing staff super friendly, a great wee hidden gem in Leeds .. defo book before you go really busy.

Just been for my sister's birthday and it was amazing, food fantastic, very tasty. Friendly staff could not do enough for you, they even made my little boy some chips which they don't usually serve. And at the end of the meal brought her a cake and sung happy birthday. highly recommended, will be eating there again soon

I with my family visited Tharavadu rest in leeds last month . Food was very good & tasty. we really enjoyed the indian food. presently it is one of the best resturant in Leeds i can rate. All the best to my Classmate friend prakash & staffs. God Bless for Your Hardwork. Thanks & best regards.

2nd time visiting and not a bad word to say, the food is outstanding and delicious...chilli paneer starter is my fav and the coconut bread sides (sorry cannot remember what they are called) are like little pillows of fluffy air... will deffo be back

We popped in for a business lunch based on recommendations. Staff were friendly and plenty of space to sit. We went for the lunch special a mixture of three curries. Presentation has the wow factor. The long rice bread stands out but the curry dishes lacked that wow factor in my opinion. I went for lamb but very little of it and the food felt a little cold. It would have been helpful if the waiter gave a brief explanation of each dish uf only to add to the customer service. I would eat there again but not the lunch time special.

Make sure you book! Went with my partner on Monday at 6pm (just as they reopened) and it was packed in no time, luckily they managed to squeeze us in. Food was fantastic although I'd probably look at the online menu and get an idea of what you want to eat befor you arrive just to save time. The atmosphere did seem a little rushed however our table was booked again for 7.30 so we had a good hour and a half (I think it was just in the back of our minds that we had to leave for the next table, our fault for not booking!). Staff were lovely and service was great, would definitely revisit but probably on one of their more mellow days when it might not be as busy.
