We have started setting up for tonight's Zwift evening. Lots of beer, even some non alcoholic beer from Erdinger and food. So hope to see you here!

Went there for a bike fit for my road bike. The staff were brilliant! 5 stars isn't a high enough a rating for them for how good they really were. Talked me through everything they did and why. Really helpful in pointing out little checks to do, to know when parts need to be replaced. Everyone of them was very friendly and chatting away to me. I will definitely be going there again when my bike needs a service!

Was recommend by a friend. Took it in for a service and was advised that it needed new parts and they also picked up a fault. Got the bike back today and it feels like a new bike. Very pleased with how I was dealt with and will certainly bring it back for its next service.

Very helpful took my new bike for its first service. I had lots of questions about tyre pressure, suspension and which pump to use that they answered. Readjusted my seat and its much more comfortable. Quick turnaround. Also took my wheel off and put it in the car for me.

Took in a battered mountain bike that had to be carried there and a week later it's like a new bike again, so I left another bike with them XD, would recommend the shop.

Took a bike I bought online in for a service because it arrived with a pretty poor setup, it's now running smooth as anything - top service!

Think Cheers but no alcohol.

I said goodbye to my old bike after 16 years (cracked crank bracket) and after a period of mourning when I was ready to love again I went to Thatto.

The discussion of how I'm riding, where I ride, what I'm looking for, followed by a couple of different bikes to try.

Of course the new bike is brilliant, it fits, works well and feels great.

You'd be crazy to go anywhere else.

Thatto cycles have sorted my bike out finally after another company built the bike letting me ride around on this bike which had many faults due to them. From when I walked in to the shop and greeted, to my bike fit and all the problems fixed I felt at home. Thank you for everything see you on my FTP test :)

Recently bought a Scott MTB, Thatto staff were exceptional in understanding my questions, extremely patient and professional. Friendly atmosphere, excellent knowledge of everything cycling and outstanding service. No reason to go anywhere else. ����

Purchased a giant road bike through bikeyoulike. Dealt with Paul in store. Great advice and service. Bike delivered and packaged well. Thanks so much

Picked up my new bike today and yet again a great service from all the guys at Thatto Cycles. Cannot recommend this place enough for anyone who wants a new bike or needs work doing on their current bike. Thanks again

Got my Gravel bike back yesterday from a service rides better than it did brand new

Got my Canyon MTB serviced. Needed a LOT of work doing to it. I took it out for the first time this morning and OMG!. Awesome job guys thanks very very much. As always a perfect and fast turn around. Love my new pedals too.

Fantastic service and competitive prices coupled with a good range of bikes and accessories.



The staff are excellent to deal with and always go out of their way to help.

Fantastic Friday morning having both bikes checked and set up properly to fit Hadn't realised the handlebars were all wrong on my Felt F4 no wonder it didn't quite feel right. No excuses now. Big thank you to Paul and the team for the set up and sorting all the adjustments, new stem and retaping the bars there and then. Great service, highly recommended! Not bad coffee either��

Can't thank or recommend these guys enough. A complete overhaul on my late brothers GT Zaskar. Restored from a dull and sad looking retro old girl to a shining fully restored and functioning bike again. Thank you guys so much. ��

Although not the closest bike shop to my home, they are without doubt my local bike shop, and the only place i would consider taking my bike for service and repair. Their customer service is second to none. The shop is welcoming, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I wish i could give them 6 stars for the purposes of this review!
