Regulatory Paralegal – Chelmsford Office
We require a paralegal to join our busy and expanding Regulatory Team. The role will involve assisting solicitors in the day to day running of client files, dealing with client enquiries, preparing Court bundles and documents and attending Court.
Applicants should be hard working, enthusiastic and have a good initiative, able to work effectively on their own and as part of a team. Experience of working in a solicitors’ office desirab...le but not essential as training will be given.
Role would suit those who have recently completed a law degree.

Matthew Taylor and Briony Clarke have been successful in their applications to be added to the List of Specialist Regulatory Advocates in Health and Safety and Environmental Law.
The process required them both to demonstrate and evidence their skill and expertise in this field.
... The List provides specialist Advocates who can be called upon to Prosecute on behalf of the Health and Safety Executive, the Environment Agency, the Care Quality Commission, Office for Nuclear Regulation, the Office of Rail and Road and Natural Resources Wales.

... Due to continued expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor / Accredited Member of the Law Society Mental Health Panel to join our busy Mental Health Team on a consultancy basis.
Consultants will be provided with good admin support, supervision and training (including online training with Data Law to demonstrate continued competence) as well as an attractive consultancy fee package. The firm have a number of existing clients in the London area that would be referred to the Consultant.
The successful candidate will: • Be an Accredited Member of the Law Society Mental Health Panel • Have experience in appearing before the Mental Health Tribunal and the Hospital Managers • Have experience with Judicial Review and appeals to the Upper Tribunal • Have an existing client base • Have an understanding and ability to work within the Legal Aid contract
THB have offices situated in Chelmsford, Braintree, Benfleet, Shoeburyness, Ipswich and Norwich. This positon will be based remotely and is to cover the London area.
