About me – after reaching a tight dress size 28 I had hit rock bottom and was desperately unhappy. Home from holiday I was looking at my holiday snaps and realised I was living in denial about how big I’d got – enough was enough! I needed a plan that was simple, worked quickly and thought I would give Cambridge a try.

With amazing support from my Consultant I successfully dropped 9 dress sizes and decided to enter for the Cambridge award “Slimmer of the year 2013” and was thrilled to be shortlisted! I was featured in Best Magazine, Pick Me Up Magazine and filmed and interviewed for TV Show “Too Fat To Fly” on Channel 5.
