My name is Haley and this is my journey.
I was overweight until my daughter was 14. I had tried many different weight loss products, spent lots of money on exercise equipment etc for it just to end up in the garage gathering dust.
Seeing that I was getting frustrated with it all I was then introduced to the Cambridge Weight Plan.
Thinking it was not going to do much but was what i felt a last option, I did it and the results speak for themselves as I went from a size 18 to a size 10 in 3 months by using Sole source and Step 2, I managed to turn my life around. . . . . . . and here I am!
