Would just like to take the time to write a little review, I would recommend Cambridge to anyone who is really unhappy with their weight the support you receive is amazing. I’ve been lucky enough to have both consultants Karen and Charlotte on my side to help me along the way an still have... two ladies who have been through the process themselves an look fab! Highly recommend it I’m on my way to losing my weight an feel fab for doing it.

I started my journey in April and upto now have lost 18lb (would have been more but I took time off the plan whilst on holiday with my family) I absolutely love this plan and all the support I get from the fabulous Charlotte.

I have been following the plan for 4 months (had 2 weeks off for holiday) and lost 3 stone

BUT I wouldn't have been as successful without the support of my consultant Charlotte. From day 1 when I was nervous but excited everything was explained. I achieved my goal in March this year and lost 6 stone and am now maintaining since then with a further 3lb loss
