The 3E’s is a training organisation that Empowers people to Enable them to fulfil their potential through Education and training. 3Es offers a range of empowerment programmes including Teacher Training, for those interested in teaching adults; self-esteem and confidence building programmes for young people and online courses. 3Es has worked in partnership with a number of large organisations, including Birmingham City Council and is currently delivering it’s ‘Journey to Employment’ programme across Birmingham schools.
