The Actors Centre is my homing beacon, where I go to recharge, refresh, relax and recentre, with great workshops, great tutors, great events, and total immersion in our chosen profession.

Since the Shaw Society has moved from Conway Hall to the Actor's Centre our numbers have swelled and we have been well looked after. Some of our members worked with Bernard Shaw himself so its nice for them to have comfortable convenient central location full of of creatives.. Hope we can continue in our new home and attract even more young talent and interest

My first course making a career plan, just one of many more to come at the centre. Hugely informative and motivating. Darren did a fantastic job.

Lisa Pescia's class was and is still awesome and informative. It really opened my eyes and will no doubt help me in future roles to come. I look forward to attending her class again �

If you are an actor/writer you should be coming to Serial Slashers on Wednesday nights at Moors. Five teams of actors, 10min shows the Audience vote for who comes back next week. Great comedian hosts the night and this week special guest musical act to finish the night off!

I was only at The Actors Centre for an hour-long meeting, but the staff were very warm and welcoming with a great creative atmosphere. If it weren’t for living in Southampton, I would spend more time here.

I recently rejoined the Actors Centre and booked myself on a one day workshop with the lovely Carol Royle. Had such a great day and learnt a lot. If you're not already a member, I can highly recommend joining.
