With out them I would be lost this week!!!

My only problem is usually having to wait so long for an appointment. Other than that I can't fault the nurses or doctors.

Can hardly ever get an appointment. Awful building feels like I'm already dead before I've even seen a doctor.

The practice is seriously overloaded.

For routine appointments you need to call each Monday fron 2pm to book a slot within a three week range. Unfortunately, those slots disappear rapidly in the space of an hour. So there is no chance of you finding an appointment if you call in later in the week other than for last minute cancellations. Welcome to manic Monday!

Also, your chances of finding a routine slot in the first or second week is dictated significantly on timely cancellations on top of the reserved places.
