Specialist Occupational Therapy Service for Adults with ADHD and associated conditions.

We provide a specialist Occupational Therapy Service for adults with ADHD and Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Learning Difficulties, and other associated problems.

This is a holistic service, which aims to promote health and wellbeing through occupations which are meaningful to the client.

We use OT treatments to develop, recover, or maintain self care, daily living, and work skills, always striving to help our clients achieve as much independence as possible either through learning to do things differently, or by adapting their environment so that they can improve their ability to manage on a day to day basis.
