What a great hotel. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Handy that we could leave our bags there when we checked in too early. The location was perfect for the theatre and bus tour tea. Great restaurants and cafes nearby.

Room was a decent size, clean and modern with a good heating/aircon system.

We would definitely stay here again.

It could do with a toast machine and a few more cereals at breakfast but still giving 5* as the staff were so lovely.

We stayed here this weekend, 22nd/23rd July. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful. I requested wine & chocolates for my husband as a birthday treat and they were very happy to help me out. The room was great as was the shower and facilities. We could also leave out bags at the hotel while we went out for the day. Would definately recommend to friends and family and we will be staying again in the future.

The location is more than great! Friendly and great staff, always smiling � very nice breakfast and very clean rooms which are cleaned every day! In other words, the best choice for a holiday in London!

Really nice hotel. I was lucky enough to have a ground floor room so didn't have the problem with luggage and stairs. Spotlessly clean. Room serviced daily. Friendly helpful staff. Fantastic shower. Very nice modern decor. Adequate continental breakfast. Approximately 10 minute walk from rail and coach stations. Quiet road. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The weather was very cold when I first arrived and whilst the room soon warmed up once I switched on the heater there was no heating in the bathroom which felt a bit like a fridge. Once the temperatures outside improved it was OK. Anyway just a suggestion that maybe a heated towel rail would be a good idea. Still give it a 5 though.

GOOD:

Clean.

Friendly, patient and helpful staff.

Breakfast was perfect (for me).

The bathroom was clean and functional.

The check in / check out was really fast and simple.

Close to Victoria station, cabs are also frequently available.

They store your luggage for free directly before/after your stay.



BAD:

Bathroom got steamy fast from showering.

During lighting storms we couldn't avoid the noise from outside.

The beds in our room were a bit short.

In our room there was a "half-step" elevation between the beds and the door.

At least 1 flight of stairs if you go to the breakfast room.

The WiFi often disconnected me during the night (understandable when watching videos on Youtube less so when looking up travel plans on google maps).



My main problem was the steam from the shower.

For elderly or people with disability the stairs (& "half-step") might be a big issue.



Still 5 stars, I did not expect such a good stay.

It was a great location with excellent customer service. It was clean and comfy and Front Desk was very helpful

I had no problems with this hotel. I left my bag's in one Room and the hotel staff transferred them to my other room, as we wanted to go out for the day. Very helpful staff, highly recommend this hotel to anyone. They really went out of thier way to help.

Great location near both Victoria coach and train stations and walking distance of many of the attractions. The staff are very warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to accommodate my 7 year old daughter who is coeliac with her breakfast. The rooms are spotless and very modern. The shower was amazing!!! Have already recommended to friends and family look forward to returning.

Great hotel for location. Staff cannot do enough to ensure your stay is comfortable. There is no elevator but there is always a staff member willing to give a hand.

Good hotel, good location to visit London (5 minutes walking from the Underground), good breakfast and nice and helpful people. If we go to London again, we will return at The Airways Hotel Victoria!

Excellent service. Our room is very clean & modern. Very generous breakfast and altogether a good value for the money.

Beautiful Hotel and the staff are so polite and genuine. We were made to feel very welcome and we're allowed to store our bags before check in; allowing us to explore the city without having to lug them around!! A great location with Victoria coach station, train station and underground all within a 5 minute walk, but still away from all the hustle and bustle. Would happily stay there again and would recommend it to anyone!

We arrived an hour early before check in. Welcomed by receptionist rajiv. Very helpful allowed us to enter room as it was ready. Had minor issue with card entry to room but was quickly resolved. Was prepared to go the extra mile to sort any problems we had whilst we were there. Excellent service. Room was what we expected did the job, bathroom and shower second to none. Quality. If I was slightly critical the bed was quite hard and the window backed on to an adjacent building but nonetheless the room was nice and well equipped. Breakfast facilities second to none. Clean, nice variety of various breakfasts hot drinks and juice. Bread and food was freshly made and was stocked up on a regular basis. Fantastic!!. Will stay here again for sure on future trips to London. Excellent value and nice location close to victoria coach and train stations. Will recommend to friends and family. Well done airways hotel!!

Very place to enjoy the evening, walking distances to Vitoria Coach Station and Vitoria station. I recommend you to experiment this place, you will enjoy.

This hotel is really comfortable and clean. It is well located in a very calm area near Victoria station (5 mn walk). The staff is lovely and really helpfull. Next time we go to London, we won't hesitate to come back.

Stayed here last week for 3 nights. Hotel was lovely clean and comfy. Staff were very friendly and ready to offer their help when thought we needed it. Breakfast was very nice aswell. Great location.The only downfall id say with the hotel is that while in your room the rooms surrouding yours the floors were very squeeky so squeeky that it actually woke us at one stage and no lift. But other then that a most enjoyable stay would defo stay again if im back in london.

Single rooms are tiny but comfortable for the most part. No elevator makes the top floor tough to get to when you're carrying luggage. My advice is to down a few protein shakes before attempting that climb. Friendly, helpful staff. Very close to Victoria Station and the center of town. I'd stay there again.
