To celebrate two formidable women who ran the Chop House's in the late 19th century, at a time when women would not have been allowed in public houses...
Sarah Studd Senior was succeeded by one of her seven children, Sarah Studd Junior and together they ran Mr Thomas’s Chop House from 1875 to 1901
