Established in 1977, The Alysia Gilda School of Dance prides itself on a happy atmosphere, where the emphasis is on enjoyment and friendship. At the same time it promotes the more serious aspect of dance, where discipline, co-operation and teamwork are equally important.

Dancing helps to co-ordinate body and mind, something very important to a growing child. Participation in classes, performances and examination work can be a great confidence builder and is excellent for promoting self discipline.
