Very friendly establishment. Had a brilliant night, my first time in the pub since it was took over, was made to feel that it was my regular pub, will certainly be going again in the not so distant future

Ahh the anchor what a pub ! With johns gentle and polite manners and with ronnies spark and glamour this has to be one the best pubs in chesterfield ! Great music great selection of beer what more could you want from a local ! 10 out of 10 x

Very good pub.Being from Chesterfield, been using the Anchor everytime I visit my family.

Great atmosphere lovely staff & John ( Landlord ) make you feel very welcome.
