Hi all, we just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to you all for your continued support & patience at this time. We were thrilled to serve so many takeaway Mother’s Day Afternoon Teas on Sunday & to receive so much lovely feedback. 💗 Given the current government guidance & the need to settle our own children in to home schooling now, we will be closed this week. We’re sorry for any inconvenience and we hope you’ll understand. We’ll take stock next weekend and consider our next mo...ve. We very much want to remain open in some form to help those isolating but we need to consider the safety of our staff and customers and the latest recommendations. It might not have been the day you envisioned and you might not have been able to spend it with your Mum but sometimes showing someone that you love and appreciate them isn’t just about flowers and cards, it’s about keeping them safe and well. We keep thinking of every possible way that we can continue to serve our customers during these challenging times. We know that some people have faced challenges in obtaining essential food items in the last few weeks. 💗🍴From Saturday 21 March we will be offering takeaway and delivery only. You can still order and collect from the Café but our indoor seating will be closed. You are welcome to use our outside seating. Everything on our menu will be available for takeaway.

You can collect from the Café / Fair Green Car Park or ask us about delivery. Payment will be by card over the phone or you can pay by contactless when you collect. To order your Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea To Go please call us on 07437 205853 ASAP. We will need time to prepare this.
💗🎁 ANGEL CAFÉ GIFT VOUCHERS 🎁💗 As you may know, we sell gift vouchers for our Café and a number of thoughtful people have already purchased vouchers on behalf of local friends and relatives who may be self-isolating – for them to use to order takeaway to keep themselves well fed. We keep the vouchers at the Café until the recipient calls to use them. Keeping well and eating well at this time is important. If you would like to purchase a voucher please call us on 07437 205853.
Of course, you may also wish to purchase a voucher for yourself, as a treat, for when this is all over – knowing that you have a family brunch or tea and cake with friends to look forward to. It’s the little things that keep us going.

Mother’s Day will be hard for many people this year. Many treats & days out have had to be cancelled and our hearts go out to anyone who will not be able to spend it with their Mum whether because of Coronavirus or for any other reason. We have outdoor seating so you can dine in the fresh air, we are running a very efficient takeaway service (see our menu for details) and we are now able to deliver to our local area. We know that some people are finding supermarket shopping very hard at the moment but meals are available from us if you need them. You are our community and we are here for you. üíó

Call us on 07437 205853 to order food to takeaway & we can bring to your car if you wish - and you can use contactless to pay. We have eggs, milk, scones, bacon, sausages etc - all the faves, so you can enjoy all the usuals. We’ve taken lots of measures both inside and outside the Café to ensure your comfort and wellbeing. You can sit outside in the fresh air & we’ll serve you there or you can sit inside where we have rearranged our tables to allow for a greater distance between them. It goes without saying that we have a hand wash station and all staff are adhering to rigorous hand washing and cleaning procedures. Our customers come first. We’re here for you. 💗

We continue to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness in the Café and we have made many adjustments to enable you to continue to visit comfortably and safely. You can eat in or outside in the fresh air, and we also offer Takeaway (see comments for our Takeaway menu). We are a community. 💗

Nothing is more important to us than you, our customers. 💗 Which is why we’ve put in place lots of measures so that we can keep OPEN and able to serve our community at this time. You can be assured that we continue to be vigilant about our high cleaning standards and, in addition, we suggest that all customers wash their hands on arrival. We have spaced out our inside tables to allow a greater distance between them, but we are also offering table service at our outside tables... for those who would prefer to eat in the fresh air. We are now offering our TAKEAWAY service too, so if you don’t fancy eating in then you can always takeaway our delicious homemade food.
