The Annex Theatre

The Annex: Your Student Theatre.
Student-run venue hosting top-quality nationally acclaimed theatrical performances at the University of Southampton.

The Annex Theatre hosts performances throughout the university year from many Performing Arts Societies of The University of Southampton.

During the 2011 /12 academic year, The Annex Theatre had a combined 13 weeks of performances from:
LOpSoc (Light Operatic Society)
The Medics Revue Company
Showstoppers (Musical Theatre)
Theatre Group

The Annex Theatre has it's own dedicated technical backstage team (StageSoc) who operate all performances within The Annex Theatre.

For the upcoming academic year of 2012 /13, we are expecting even more performances from the above societies with a warm welcome to the Circus, Comedy, and Magic Societies for a joint variety performance.
