Monday’s Court case APPEAL
Appeal has been sent to the crown court for the two convictions of
NO MOT ( court found bus was not MoT exempt) as officer said it didn’t show on his database, v112g forms don’t show up on database they are self applied, see V112G sec 9 which exempts the bus under the mobile project scheme, simple matter that will be cleared up in crown court. Lenny was legal and I will prove it.
... Dangerous vehicle due to double glazing door handles, they were removable but court wouldn’t let me show video of this.
Crown Will now hear the case.
The tyres (bold / defected due to flat spots) although I pleaded guilty it was accepted I had no way of knowing the tyres were defected and no points issued.

3 illegal tyres Door handle dangerous Driving while wearing queen mask No mot No Psv licence
I have the correct licence to drive a charity bus The bus is mot exempt v112g sec 32 we were told The tyres were ok and Reading buses serviced it never mentioned tyres Door handle was removable Queens mask was one with larger eye holes than they seized
£3500 on legal fees so far. Is this really in the public interest
