What a little gem this pub is. The starter and main was delicious. Really would have liked to try one of the very tempting desserts but we were too stuffed!! Maybe next time...we will be back! �

We play in a small band and had a gig here last night. We had a ball! Great fun local crowd who were appreciative and lively. Brilliant cosy little pub in the Teign valley with an excellent restaurant too. Thanks to top notch landlord, Sam for everything. Hope to be back there very soon!

Tried the new menu last night and can safely say the mixed grill was amazing! Really impressed as were all of our party. Highly recommended

Popped in for Sunday lunch yesterday, absolutely fab. Lovely roast beef and seasonal veg.

One lovely pub with a very very welcome for all good food good staff and a lovely sun terrace.

My parents owned the pub in the late 60s so I have very fond memories of it. When I visited for the first time in about 30 years, the atmosphere was just as nice.

Lovely food served promptly in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Very reasonable prices. Good variety on menu and nice selection of soft drinks for us drivers. Dogs welcome

I arrived in Christow for the first time ever on Friday night, I cannot tell you what a lovely warm welcome I felt at the Artichoke Inn. Sam the owner was so accommodating, the atmosphere was so friendly & relaxing. The band playing "The Evolution" were fabulous..Great food too, I could have done with a few more chips on my plate though..I will definitely come back ���

Highly recommend the food, had Sunday roast and Apricot frangipani with clotted cream + chantilly cream. Will definitely be back for more of chef Michaels food.

Had a perfect Sunday roast here today - great beef, tasty veggies and Yorkshire pudding just right. Thanks Sam!

Friendly landlord, great wines available and excellent food for our Friday night visit. The seafood platter was cooked beautifully and delicious. The Duck Lollipops were amazing! Well done Sam and Mike xx

Food was absolutely amazing as was the fantastic service from the very helpful and friendly Sam! He couldn't do enough to help us and was very polite efficient and professional! The chef was brilliant also! Thank you both for a fantastic Sunday hangover cure!
