A community bakery located in Old Market. Making handmade sandwiches, bread, pastries and cakes using seasonal and responsibly sourced ingredients.

The Assembly Bakery began life in the Old Market Assembly Kitchen. Demand for our products soon grew and we expanded next door into 27 West Street. All our products are handmade onsite using the best ingredients we can, and with consideration for our environmental impact.

We now offer a range of delicious and healthy sandwich options with plenty for vegans and vegetarians as well as our seasonal selection of breakfast pastries, savouries, delightful cakes and artisan breads
