Good little Shop, new releases and used stuff

This review should be a one star as The Attic takes all my spare cash. The owner Ben knows what his customer want and build a great relationship which makes you want to go back for more. He always has an album that i'd love to add to my growing collection. Don't tell the wife.

We chose 12 records and asked for one to be played we were told to use the listening posts at the back but would play this one for us. The implication seemed to be that she couldn’t be bothered. It skipped and didn’t play through so we didn’t want it.

There were 4 albums in our selection. One was so badly marked I put it back. Two were very dirty so we asked for them to be cleaned. One was scratched below the dirt but she still put it back on sale.

We decided on an album and 6 12” singles after using the listening post. 4 of the singles weren’t priced and she said she couldn’t price them. It is her boss who prices them apparently and this meant she couldn’t sell them.

We left without buying anything and feeling massively frustrated about the time we have wasted.

Great guys, very helpful and found exact and rare item I was looking for in minutes. Shop very well laid out and some very interesting 'stuff'! Well worth a visit.

Easily the best shop by miles . Great stock great staff and service and a great atmosphere

If I could give another half a star I would. Good stock and friendly service which puts other shops to shame.
Prices are competitive, all those that are getting there records for less than £8 are very lucky. If a disc needs cleaning, then just ask for it to be cleaned.
