Wonderful service! Didn't book a table but went on off chance and was a lovely day. One lady said all tables reserved and had to eat outside. Came in to order 3 adult lunches. Another lovely lady seemed liked a manager. Said she would look for a table and found one immediately for us as we are all over 60. Beautifully tasty meal. Meat superb. My friend asked for more toast potatoes as we only had 2 small, enough for me but she likes her roasties. First only bought enough veg for 2 and there were 3 of us. Nothing was too much trouble and they bought a couple more roast potatoes for my friend and more veg. Absolutely wonderful service with a smile and good delicious. Definitely ho again and recommend it. Lovely to see the planes etc.

Went for breakfast yesterday. Brilliant service and the food was excellent and great value for the money. Will definitely be back.

We sat outside. Service for food and drinks was friendly and efficient. Despite how busy it was we were served our food quickly. There was ample amount of food, beautifully served on the plate and tasted lovely.

Added benefit was being able to watch the planes land and take off.

Toilets were clean, no rubbish anywhere on site and dog friendly.

Highly recommend.

The Aviator put on a really good deal for Valentine's Day (a three course meal and a bottle of wine for £42 per couple).

The main course was normal good pub food, but the starter and dessert were excellent and very well presented.

The venue is a bit 'different' for a romantic dinner, almost quirky, but it was a really nice atmosphere and the waitress was delightful.

A shame more couples didn't take advantage of the offer.

Rode up on my motorbike arrived 10,30 already getting busy ,all car spaces opposite filled so if there is a space for bikes I didn't spot it , it's a great location & the staff are very good ,I will return ��

Love this place summer or winter, nice food, friendly staff and the Grandchildren always look forward to coming back.

Love it here, we always try and stop here on our trips up north from Exeter. Food is always good (my son says the best paninis) and it was so busy on Tuesday lunchtime that we had to eat outside. Didn't mind though, the kids could have a knock about with the ball whilst waiting for food, with the added bonus of watching the planes and helicopters flying about. Excellent.

It was our first visit tonight dinner with my husband and children.. We had a lovely time.

I had made a reservation online and the table was as I asked ( under the window with a view of the airport runway). The food was lovely plenty on the menu for my 2 fussy children to choose from. The junior pilot meals are very good too a large child's portion our 18mth old loved it.

The price is good as you get a large portion, the staff were polite and friendly too.. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning.

Introduced to the Aviator by and with my brother and the family. Went without booking, they had so many reserved tables, buy nevertheless the management were able to accomodate us without fuss. All the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was excellent...if possible I would rate it much higher than 5. Thank you all at the Aviator and I look forward to visiting you again!! X

Excellent place, had a meal there today and was excellent... They was honest with the food times but exceeded it and was earlier than expected but would have been worth the wait..

Have been there several times now for coffee and breakfast etc, always spot on with food and excellent viewing area of the airfield with loads of free parking.. ��

Excellent place to eat wide selection of food and all prepared wonderfully .We were there yesterday in the evening and enjoyed 3 very different meals while seeing planes coming in and out. If you want good food in a great setting with friendly staff this is the place to go.

Dropped in yesterday for lunch and had great meal. Service was great and food tasty, recommended

Amazing food particularly as I'm Coeliac. So no barley, wheat, oats or rye and it's in most food groups. Today, Sunday I asked for chilli and rice. Plus I had the chips. Then shared a dessert with my partner.. gf Apple crumble. Wow. Was truly amazing. Staff were so hospitable especially the lovely lady in the kitchen. Thanks a million. I always feel so welcome. I live 12 miles away but will return as I always do. Thank you �

Very nice place to go for drinks .Need to try the food soon

Lovely place have been twice now first for drinks and Sunday for lunch, there were four of us we all ordered together but only two meals came out we had to go find the other two, also I did ask for English mustard three times but it never arrived, apart from this I will go again they have great staff who work hard and they we're very busy at the time sometimes these things happen and it would be unfair not to go again. I am sure I will get the great service I have been told about.
