Have waited 5 days for them so confirm my booking and still nothing. No-one answers the phone, it rings off. Don't know if I'll ever get my spa day booked in...I'll definitely need one as trying to get it booked it stressful enough!

Reasonably priced and the only llace with a normal swimming pool in the neighborhood.

It was my wife's anniversary gift for a spa experience which we booked and started by booking ourselves on Monday 4th Nov.
At the time of booking I asked for an upgrade and was told I would need to pay an additional of £16 pp to which I agreed and was informed at the full body massage would be 1 hr and my wife full facial plus that the Head massage would remain for the same time i.e.30 mins.
We checked in at the reception filled in all the forms and wanted to hire the robes towel and slippers at the time clearly the receptionist handed in the bag but there was no mention that there were no slippers.
We went in and opened up the bag and realised that there were no slippers and asked the massage ladies if there were any,they came back saying that there was none in stock!!! how appalling especially when you were charging the full amount and not having the items in stock.
After 1 hr the therapist informed us that the massage was completed, at the time I enquired that I had upgraded and did not have any head massage to which they replied that it was a full service as per the upgrade and moreover we were late and that they were running out of time - obviously quite taken back.
I decided to explore the remaining facilities and on completion we came to the reception and informed the receptionist of our experience and another lady who had a tag (don't remember her name) was the Administrator.
In regards to the bath robe hire the receptionist informed us that she mentioned to us that there were no slippers which both me and my wife don't remember and informed us that they couldn't do any thing as it is the Head office has not sent the delivery and she couldn't do anything.
How does it matter to me? whether your head office had sent you the delivery or not? but you still managed to charge us the full amount !!!
In regards to the spa experience the Admin lady checked out on the system and confirmed that we were entitled for the Head massage and asked if we could stay back till later to get it done unfortunately we couldn't wait and I said that we would have to come back later,
Later my wife told me that she got the head massage within that 1 hr which shouldn't have been and I didn't get any head massage at all !!!
The Admin lady took my number and apologised for the experience we had and said that she would get the Spa Manager to call me...which till date hasn't happened.
The whole overall experience left us with a very poor experience especially when it was our first Spa experience and even after paying for the upgrade not getting the services.
Is this what you call service?Value for money? and your staff need to be aware of the terms and conditions and obviously there is no communication as I can clearly see that no one has till date called up to find out or offer any compensation for the experience.
For us it was a RIP OFF and clearly I wouldn't recommend any one to go to Bannytynes !!!

Great health club, excellent price considering you get a pool. Good facilities but pool is a bit small if you are a keen swimmer
