This pub is full of character, it is a lovely place for a quiet pint or a delicious meal. Our party sampled the pies, the steak & stilton was the tastiest pie i have ever eaten, the gammon was huge & very tasty too.

User

The food is good at the Mow, however the beer brilliant. Clean glass every time, and always always very well presented

User

T-bone steak absolute fantastic with all the trimmings and the ice Cream was lovely

I do recommend you put a menu on the table instead of standing in the doorway

User

Fantastic food accompanied with a cracking pint of enville ale. Lovely punters who were exceptionally friendly and the service from the staff was second to none. Well worth the spontaneous road trip from stoke!!

User

Brilliant pub. Proper country pub the way they used to be. Real, hearty food and sensible prices. Cosy. Good beer. Loved it, wish it was my local. Beef and stilton pie was lovely and best chips I've had in a long time.

User

Amazing food, good beer 🍻 and very friendly staff

User

The portions are massive, but didn't like the salad as it had peppers in it and I'm alergic to them?

The salad over powered the plate. But the other food was nice.

User

Good pub good food ok prices.

User

Super cute little pub and all the meat eaters enjoyed it but there is what can only be described as the black lake from Harry potter in the car park and vegetarian food isn’t just courgettes and carrots 😥 other than that’s everything was so nice!

User

Food was excellent, really enjoyed it very hot a freshly cooked you could tell .

I would have rated excellent but there was no menus on the tables which meant all 4 of us had to go to the menus on the wall and there is not much room for everyone to move about freely , so I feel if menus were on the table things would work a lot better , I realise that the pub has illiterate space so this would work better for health and safety .

There should be more car park lighting because there was big pot holes in the car park and you couldn't see them without you car headlights on
