we would like to wish you a happy new year from everyone here at The Battered Haddock and we hope it is prosperous for one and all!

Well done England, as ever nervy to the last minute but we are through to the finals!

We have at last fully opened. The takeaway side of the shop has now been open for just over a week and now both the downstairs and upstairs seating areas have been completed and are available for anyone wishing to use them.
We have had some delays along the way with the refurbishment and unfortunately these were due to matters beyond our control but we now hope you will all enjoy the new place.
Any comments and feedback are more than welcome.
