The Bay Filey

Simple and smart holiday homes, good fit outs. Ideal base of operations for the area. Not great facilities on site, good pool but little else so need to find entertainment elsewhere. Beach is good however.

Excellent family holiday centre. Very good accommodation. Lots to see and do. Close to excellent beach.

Lovely holiday park situated right next to the beach with direct footpath access (500m) but beach not buggy/wheelchair friendly (path very steep).
Houses nice and spacious, however as they are well used, items such as doors, windows, taps, locks etc were tricky to use if not actually broken. Houses fully kitted out - tv in most bedrooms, large kitchen, huge entrance hall, pharmacy on site which is mega handy.
We stayed in a Dartmouth 10 bed house.

An excellent resort with exceptional staff. The beach is a short walk away from the houses the lakes are close by. A dog friendly holiday location. Can't fault it we had a great time.

Great holiday homes and cabins newly built on site pub and Italian restaurant and pharmacy. A 10 minutes walk to a fantastic beach which stretches all the way to Filey

Stayed here for a week in October. Overall the area is nice and quiet, we stayed in an apartment which was a little bit tatty and needed a bit of an update. The pub is decent but you wouldn't be able to spend all night in there as it's a little expensive. It has a pathway down to the beach which is brilliant. Super clean and quiet as most people wont walk down this far from Filey. It would definitely benefit from having a shop / off-licence. Overall it's a nice place, great for couples but probably not the best for families due to lack of facilities and needing to drive everywhere.

This is a self contained holiday village with a mixture of types of houses and beach houses.
On the site is a pub an Italian restaurant and a swinning pool gym and sauna.
Spotlessly clean on site. A lovely walk to the beach 5 mins away. Superb.

Had a brilliant visit which was probably helped by the excellent bank holiday weather. There's plenty to do for the older kids and adults alike. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away. My only gripe was the limited things to do for my 3 year old son. Apart from the climbing frame behind the pub.

Lovely cottages, houses and apartments built on the old Butlins site. Free use of pool and theres a dog friendly pub on site. Also a small italian restaurant and a pharmacy. We've already got our third stay booked.

Lovey place to relax and unwind. Nice little pub and Italian restaurant on site and only 15 mins drive from bridlington so you can get your shopping and have a go on the amusement arcades.

Love this place, lovely accommodation even though i had my spaniel with me. Other parks offer a lower standard of accommodation if you have pets, not here though! Dog friendly pub. Bar prices very steep though. Lorenzo's has a very limited menu and no bar. All drinks are bottled so a peroni bottle (only lager available) is very pricey. Only desert is ice cream too if you could call it that! Would come again. Accommodation is cosy and warm with a lovely big bath. Heating on all day and night.

The Bay is a quiet holiday community. The accommodation that we stayed in was just a little tired, and had a distinct lack of cupboard space. But that being said we loved our time there.

It's a 10 min. skip down a fairly steep private access road to the beach, from where there is miles of walking. And it's a 15 min. plod back up to the site. It was an easy 1 hr stroll along the beach to Filey village, which has shopping, history, food and conveniences to hand.

We enjoyed our stay, and would consider visiting again.
