Great accommodation and great couple host

Maxine and Graham do a fantastic job. They are friendly, welcoming and organised. Such good team work. Very clean rooms, snow white towels and bed linen. Breakfast is delicious and beautifully presented. Tea and coffee facilities in our room. The home baked cake by Graham which is placed in our room daily is to die for. Location couldn't be better. We will definitely visit again. Our recommendations to family and friends have commenced. Good luck Maxine and Graham. Keep up the good work and remember, you don't need to change a thing. PERFECT in every way.

clean well presented room a bit small and basic. breakfast was great. owners lovely and welcoming. well situated in the town. definitely recommend and would stay again.

Really nice friendly owners. Very clean with everything you need. The guest house is in a great location and the rooms are just the right size. Breakfast was well worth getting up early for. Would reccomend this place 100%

The Bay House-Lake View Guest House was very accomodating. Maxine is extremely polite and helpful. Our room was very clean and tidy and the fresh homemade cakes in our room was a nice touch! And there is also a full english breakfast included in the price!

Would definitely go back again and recommend to friends and family :)
